When I arrived at the Altamonte Spring, they told me that the did not have a truck for me and that I must go to another location to pick it up. A phone call would have been nice. When I finally found the new location (in the back of garages), they had no clue how to do the paperwork for the truck. After we figured it out together everything was fine. However, they did not have the furniture dolly or furniture pads I reserved online with my reservation. I returned to the Altamonte Springs location to try to get the dolly and pads, and they did not have the dolly for my move. At this point I am very frustrated and behind schedule. The associate said that they would remove the dolly charge for my account. When I returned the truck, Uhaul wanted to charge me for the dolly that I never had. I called the Uhaul location and explained the situation, and gave them the name of the associate that helped me. They said that they would look into my claim and return my call. That never happened. Thank goodness the Gator Uhaul in Leesburg figured out the problem. I will definitely think twice before ever using Uhaul again!!

The truck had an awful odor, I drove with the windows down. I paid for a dolly, one was not provided for me. I prepaid for the truck, it took 30 minutes to verify that I had. The drop off point was very unfriendly.
