There were three new tires on trailer and one tire that was worn out and damaged fender. Lug nuts came loose twice on trip

Gloria JThe A/C struggled pretty hard when driving over 40mph. The driver's side window needs a new knob but all else was fine although the online return process takes too long with delays regarding up loading the 8 or more pictures required before completion.
WILLIAM BThe truck AC did not work most of the time and the visor on the drivers side was broken and kept dropping down blocking the drivers vision. The tests needed to report the damages to the truck were not received for a long while after the truck pick up so I was unable to send the pictures. It seems that the rental facility should be responsible for the trucks condition not the renter.

Renting the U-Haul was easy and I love the Champions location on Cutten Road and Cypresswood. They were so professional and quick. I was in and out. I highly recommend this location. Everything about the process was easy and simple and hassle free. You have enough stress moving. This process made moving easier.
jennifer bPerson who checked me in insisted that I recheck the truck to make sure it was clean. At first, I refused, but he insisted and was correct. I forgot to check back of truck and had left a few things in there. Surprised he cared, but glad he did. Thank you again.

Acted as if he didn't want to take vehicle and wouldn't even take the keys before giving me a rude speech about gas, being clean, and high charging fees.

The location is ideal for anyone making a move within the NW Harris County area: secure, climate controlled and out of the flood area for added peace of mind. The facilities and trucks are clean and they go out of their way to make sure equipment is available.

Edwin BUnfortunately, the person I dealt with had little to no experience with renting U-Haul equipment and completely messed up the check-in process. More training would is needed.
John MI was charged a third day for a trailer rental, when I only had it for two days. I have not been able to reach a U-Haul rep for two day. I refuse to sit on hold for longer 30 min at a time, before I even get to speak to anyone. Have already called 4 different times and sat on hold for a total of 2 hours.

Trictian MCome to find out there is no way this vehicle was cleaned from the person who had it before me. I got charged at the drop off location for a cleaning when I returned it how it was received at this location. I was told the people previous to me had been charged for a cleaning but I don't believe it now. I thought the floor board was wear and tear on the vehicle but I guess it needed a good scrubbing. So I was charged for a $50 cleaning that I shouldn't have been charged for… I want a refund for it.
Daisy GDrove UHaul home and backed into driveway and parked it. Went to move it slightly and some IDIOT light went out on Dashboard and transmission would not engage in Drive or reverse. Engine just revved. Did not have time to wait all day for a tow and could not load it up and be stuck on road. The Owner of storage place disregarded this and haned truck off to next customer with my House Keys on the keyring. I was lucky the new renter came back. Did not even get to use rental truck. This person has poor customer service skills and manners and was BOSSY and RUDE and INSULTING.
