Everything went well and nice clean trailer ..only complaint is that I had to hook it up myself because nobody there was able to do it. Kinda hard for a handicap but I got it .

The number on file for this store sounds like a fax when dialing in. Although the young lady working the store was pleasant, she did not know what to do to support my reservation.
Shequita C.For some reason this location was chosen for us for drop off even though there was at least one other location closer. Verizon wouldn't connect from that location, the convenience store worker didn't know what to do (though she made some calls and figured it out), and we had to drive away with no paperwork or email verification that we returned the truck. We had to trust if would be okay. Once we returned to Verizon service, however, we did get the confirmation email and felt okay about it.
