JESSY R5 clearance lights were out. Upon return, they scheduled it for repair. Had all signals and brake lights and 2 of 3 rear clearance lights, so safety not an issue. I love the braking system on the trailers.
Christopher SThey stayed late for my return and I was great full to have the help to unhook the trailer as it was heavy and Uhaul no longer has trailer jacks on heavy trailers due to customer damage, and I can understand why they do, but it would be nice if there were some kind of jack or stand for these heavier trailers available on the yards for customers like me when returning them.

DAVID ZYou need to fix the issue with "traffic" overriding and changing reservations. I knew the trailer I needed was in the lot so I did not go to the town 30 miles out of my way, even though that is where my reservation got changed to. Get it together!
