Merchant was very nice . Had no issues.

Trenton PNothing at all. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish and the gentleman who helped me at the location in Charleston, TN was incredibly generous and kind. I will do business with this location in the future anytime I need to rent from UHaul.

Frankie MReserved 15' truck and auto transporter. Took truck home so me and 85-year-old dad could load. Told guy at U-Haul we'd be back before 5 pm for trailer. Loaded entire truck, went back and trailer lights wouldn't work. Was told it was the TRUCK not the trailer?!? He offered another truck, but I could ask my dad to unload and reload!! Drove truck to SC from TN. Unloaded into storage. Drive to uhaul place to turn in truck, told them about situation. Very sympathetic and helpful. Had employee to drive me to airport. Rented a car. Drove it back to airport in TN. Had to get uncle to drive 45 minutes one way in order to get home. I feel like there should be some compensation. Most expensive move to date!
DONNA MWe had to disconnect the trailer ourself with use of a jack luckily we had with us. It was not the ideal situation which actually fell once but finally managed to get the trailer off and used blocks to stabilize

EARL QNor open. I returned an hour before it was due and still got charged because the store owner, manager wasn't there. It's not my fault. Shouldn't be charged an extra day!!!!!!!!!!!!

CRAIG WThe location the trailer had to be parked left the trailer slightly above the truck on a grade. The employee had to use a jack to break the hitch free. When it finally released, the trailer rolled forward and the hitch hit the rear bumper of my truck. I had to brace myself against the trailer to hold it in place while my wife moved the truck. While the employee was searching for a wheel chock, I was holding the trailer until it began to rotate slightly and fell off the jack. There is not enough room there to safely park and disconnect the trailer. The whole set up lacks space and is not well thought out. Thankfully it's a lightweight trailer and the scratches on my bumper were minimal.

Heather MI filled the gas tank up with 5 gallons of gas (more than I was supposed to) and then was charged a $14 fee for gas.
James SI had a very difficult time picking up the truck because there was noone at the location, the person we spoke to on the phone that was handling that location COULD NOT tell us how we were supposed to actually get the truck. We had to call uhaul.com and wait on hold for a long time just to find out how to pgysically ovtain the truck. The truck was dirty with mud in the floor of the cab, the cargo area had not been swept, and something sticky was on the floor of the cab. I will not be patronizing that location again.

Donald MThey didn't have very good selection. The lady at the counter was very courteous but had brought her children to work with her & had to tend to them in between dealing with us. She also had trouble with our contract & checking us in although I had already completed that online.

JimmIE wI made a reservation on line and talked to a representative to confirm. Upon arrival with the same information I gave online and via telephone call I was told now I ciuldntvrent the tow dolly. After leaving work a second time with a different truck I was able to rent the dolly. Overall the equipment worked great but the people I've spike with some far have gave the run around and cited me hours at my job over there incompetence.
MICHEAL FDue to your online reservations not letting me know that my original location was closed all week caused me much delay. Also when calling into customer service they were no help. I will do my best to use another company in the future

At least I knew it ran well.Everything went fine.the person who helped ( Eric) me at Charleston Storage went out of his way to make sure my needs were meet.Very happy.
Paul LEmployee was very helpful in making sure I was well taken care of. There was some confusion as to how the company U-Haul correlates with Charleston Mini Storage.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsI had arranged my storage unit ahead of time and Brandy was very helpful to make sure I could get in on the Holiday weekend.When I went to get the paperwork signed the person who helped me (Eric) was very pleasant and made sure that my concerns for the outside storage were meet. He was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions.I felt very comfortable at this facility and will use them for my additional storage needs.
