Steven D.The agent said there should be a full tank of gasoline for the vehicle so we did not check the fuel tank. Later after we have only driven a distance of 26KM we have to add 16L of regular gas with a price of $32 dollars. We believe the agent cheated us and we added extra gas that we should not pay for the vehicle.

MORGANTREVOR M.Pleasant staff, did not have to wait, generous parking lot with lots of room to maneuver. Trailer was not empty upon pickup, it had some leftover garbage (thick rubber mats) from previous use, seems that it was not checked upon previous return.

STEPHENW D.I dropped off the truck after hours so I did not have contact with the staff. I called hem three times during the day and the recording only said they were unavailable. The message should have said when they would be available.

Dennis W.Clean the shop of the cigarette smell. Also more clear communication, especially when customer is clarifying details. Was frustrating talking with the owner sometimes because I would have to ask the same question multiple times and get different answers, or have to follow up multiple times myself to get the service I needed.
Bing X.We were originally supposed to pick up from another location and were sent here and told we could have the truck til noon. The owner was very rude - like he didn't want to give us the truck and said we needed to have it back by 10:30am and even called us the next morning at 8am to ask us when we would have it back.

I took down the truck at 12 when I came back at 10:30 they said you had to come back at 10 and they did yelling to me .they talked with me very impolitely . I'm so sorry for your company. Tomorrow I will go court I will open a file for them. Because they were very impolitely
ABOLFAZL M.The cargo van didn't had full tank, when I filled it it took 11,5 litres i.e. $14. I drove van for just 13 kms. Will never prefer this location. I felt cheated. I did uhaul before too that was great but not this one.
Pranav T.I want to personally thank Devin from the Nova Scotia location who was absolutely incredibly good to deal with . I had rented a unit to get my personal belongings from port aux basque Newfoundland to Dartmouth Nova Scotia where I was going to move it a rental unit more suitable that would of been more affordable to continue my journey to Waterloo ontario for employment. I had been on this journey with all my personal belongings and was involved in a single vehicle accident with my pet . A serious of unfortunate events and poor treatment to the point where the hotels in port aux basque left my pet and i on the street to sleep in out wrote off vehicle because I had a pet with me. Well Devin gave me hope that there are still good people amongst us and good corporate citizens in trying times to say the least. I'm thankful my pet and I were able to walk away and that this young man broke the chain bad luck or whatever you want to call it. Thx again to Devin at uhaul, I hope the company realizes what a shining star they have with you a part of their team.

Jorge C.Double check fuel gague prior to contract completion!! Contract was set at 3/4 of fuel .. BUT ACTUAL READING WAS 1/8 less of 3/4... Contract is not able to be amended once it's completed.. Which puts the customer on the hook ((in my case) for an 1/8 tank of fuel I did NOT use Extra equipment inside of truck (2 dolly's) that were not charged to my contract.. BUT was forced to take with me as this location claimed not to have enough storage space. Thank goodness I didn't have a fully loaded truck.

Ryan L.I only drove for 10 miles (16 kms) and I am quite sure about it. But when I see the final bill, I was charged $25 for millage, which was more than 20 miles (32 kms). I called them to explain but they insisted their records was correct. I can't prove myself. But this is really a bad experience.

Jonathan B.Hidden cost is there, I rented only one dolly and charged for two. I am not sure what do you mean by “After hours service chargeâ€. When I completed the self check up, I highlighted that I am not happy about the charges and no body called me. I am really frustrated about that.

Christie K.Certainly the key drop off system needs to be improved. The key I had couldn't fit in the drop box and I had no idea how to drop off at night. After a while I dropped off the key in the main door of the shop. This was not informed earlier and could have saved my time. Just a suggestion to improve the system or inform customers next time the best way to return keys off business hours. Thanks

Ann F.I had a issue with the windshield wipers. Was a snowy day and had troubles keeping my windshield clean to drive safely. Better replace them asap. Other than that the experience was positive.
