Your U-Haul location is in a cell phone store, so it was not easy to locate. While your associate was very helpful, I think you need more than one person to handle this location. There was frost & ice on the windshield, & we had to get a scrapper from our car to get it off. I was happy that the location was closer to home than others, but I do not think I will recommend this location to a friend. Your associate that helped us was very nice. Maybe get him some help. thank you

I have rented here about 12 times this year. Only once did I have to go to get a van at Teall and that was a moving / end of month day. The staff here is calm and professional and it's always a good experience.

The truck had not been thoroughly cleaned out (Cup Holders wet and no cleaned out/dirt in the truck).

I thought I could get a $19 per night truck but for 3 hours and 11 mi it cost me $65 which is way too much money. I even put $7 to gas in the tank for 11 mi. Way too much money.

The remote checkin process needs improvements. After we got through all of the obstacles to get the code the lock wouldn't open. My husband finally was able to pry it open and the code worked the lock itself was in bad shape and wouldn't open. Frustrating and put us over 1/2 hr late in starting our day.

The location was OK, the people Good. I suggest taking a customer to the truck, showing them some of the features they should know about like the load haul button. Going over with the customer the damage already present on the truck. The truck itself was the real downer. The passenger mirror was hanging on a broken support held in place with a loose O ring fastener. The air conditioner was not working on an eighty degree day with high humidity. But it got the job done.

Had to wait 50 minutes after opening time for anyone to show up at the store. Customer service was awful. Asked me if I was sure I was at the right place, if I could just go inside the store, etc. IT WAS CLOSED. I only had my u-haul set for 4 hours. I asked if I could keep in an extra hour to make up for my LOST HOUR. They first told me no, then told me they changed it so I could have it the whole day. 3 hours after getting my truck I get a text telling me to return the truck in 45 minutes. Awful all around. Awful experience. Awful place. AWFUL customer service after waiting 10 minutes on the phone. 3rd time using u-haul and my last.

Only received half the amount of furniture blankets we ordered but got charged for the whole amount, the air conditioner did not work which wouldn't have been a big issue if it wasn't 90 plus degrees today.

The employee showed up 30 minutes late to open the store and get me the key to the vehicle. I had hired movers to assist in my move so this cost me about $50 by the employee being late to work. The vehicle had the check engine light on, so luckily it didn't break down once I finally actually got the moving truck. There was also a leak somewhere between the windshield and the hood, and it was raining out, so it was also raining in the cab of the moving truck. As it stands, I will look elsewhere if I ever need to rent a moving truck again. Very frustrating experience.

Windshield was very dirty and should be cleaned when vehicle is reserved for pickup. Inside of back of truck were candy wrappers and spilled candy. They never gave me the dolly and blankets i ordered and paid for. I stopped at another location that gave me blankets but dud not let me take a dolly. Chat wireless did not hive me a credit for the one bag of blankets i fid not use or the dolly overcharge. Pressured me to accept a 69 cent a mike rate instead but didnt give me credit for the 12 miles i did not use. Told me i would have to call customer service myself to get refund for the dolly. I love uhaul but will never go to this location again.

Honestly, we didn't realize all the extra background checks until we got there and were standing outside for 15 minutes filling out the background information instead of being able to do it ahead of time. The combination for the keys didn't match up. And on top of the $30 rental it was another $30 for mileage and $30 for gas. $115 to rent a lousy truck for 4 hours.

We dropped off the truck after hours and the instructions for dropping it off were a little unclear. The parking lot was very busy and there wasn't a clearly defined location for leaving the truck. It would be nice for there to be designated parking spots for dropping off vehicles.

1. Location was convenient but not easy to find due to a very small sign and no Uhaul tucks visible for me to know exactly where to go.Was not expecting to drop off at a cell phone location

Chat wireless was open until 8pm Sat the 6th of Feb I had called & confirmed. At 6pm when i attempted to drop the truck off the doors were locked so i called and the phone rang & rang. A girl finally came, unlocked the door, didnt speak to me, went to the desk so i said i was there to return a truck. She said your all set and took the key. I asked about it being checked in, she said id get an email bc she had to take pics & check mileage etc. I told her i had the info, she said she had to do it. I asked if it would be processed tonight, she said..yep...so i left. No email as of sunday at 130pm so i used an email link to check the truck in myself. She was rude and disgusting and should not be waiting on customers.
