-- A/C was inoperative because temperature adjustment knob was broken -- Employee was first-time user of the system (for check-in and return) so process took far too long and required assistance (by telephone) from another colleague. This limited my available time to use the vehicle since I was required to return it by 5 p.m. for another customer.

Had to rinse out inside of cab because of mud and dirt…also had to air out the cab for 12 hrs because of the stench of smoke . Had to blow out the box container because of debris left inside …also had to wash the front windows to get rid of bugs and dirt. I feel the trucks should be smoke free due to people being allergic to smoke.

Pricing transparency I had no idea what this would cost until I returned the unit and then it was over $500 for 6 days and 60 miles. Absolutely ridiculous never again.

I paid for two days but only used the truck for one day. It was not easy getting a refund. It has been a day and I'm still waiting. I had to go to corporate. No joy yet.

Note, however, they don't have any vehicles, trailers, hand trucks, etc. at this location. It's all at another nearby location. Since most(?) folks order what they need online, that shouldn't be a problem. It might be helpful to let your customers know about the situation.

You need to let your customers know if you do not have the requested items on hand before the time they arrive to rent the truck.
