A to Z was not my initial pick up location. I reserved a pick up from K6 Smoke Shop in Lancaster, CA. I was able to make the reservation even though the location didn't have the reserved vehicle. I should have been notified that I wasn't going to have a vehicle to pick up. This put me behind a hour because I had to call support to get a new pick up location for a truck.
