I drove off the lot and received a call about a family emergency. I returned the trailer without use. I felt it unfortunate that I was charged. Will consider this when having to use this type of service again.

The site was located very conveniently. However the site closes at 2 PM which made it difficult for me to turn it in anytime after that. In the parking lot is small but I was able to get the 26 foot U-Haul parked

this isnt so much about this location, but mostly toward the "call center" but the Tiffin location also was some trouble. Worst experience i've ever had with uhaul. The tiffin location told me they couldn't get a box truck for me and to try somewhere else. So i did. the next close location said to call the reservation line. The lady i talked to last saturday told me the 2nd location had the truck i needed. Then she took my reservation information saturday the 27th of October. She told me the pick up location would be the first location i called.. tiffin.. the one that said they cant get trucks, only vans... so i attempted to call sunday when the reservation lady said they'd be open... they were not open. She told me the hours were 9-5 sunday. it was 9-12... then i asked about picking it up monday when i was still talking to the same lady saturday, She told me the hours monday was 9-7pm... that was the only reason i paid the deposit. Because i had to pick up after five on monday. After work. Luckily i called all morning monday until someone picked up and said they were only open til four.. and the reservation lady set me up for a 8am pick up!!!! They were only open til 4pm.... so i had to bother my father to go ahead of me and pick it up. I will definitely go out of my way to not rent from uhaul again.

The only glitch was that I set up to do a self check in -- I even pre- checked in several days early, uploading my license, etc.. When I tried to check in, I kept getting routed in circles with links, going from one webpage to another and back again, over and over. It could have been because the truck assigned to me had not yet been returned. So I couldn't check in to a truck that wasn't there. I hope so.. But the manager on site, Mark, was great and so helpful, and got me into a different truck.

I originally reserved a truck at one location, and was surprised to find out I had to go to a farther location, being charged more. Also, the extra charge for another person to drive it is outrageous. When I told the person reserving the truck I said my dad would be picking up and driving the truck. This additional charge for the extra insurance was never disclosed to me until it was too late, being charged much more and I was not there to argue the charge. There needs to be some grace for someone to reserve a truck under a name and other people to drive it as long as their name is on the reservation. I made the reservation for my very busy parents, so we got screwed.

Ashley Edwards at this location was amazing after uhaul completely screwed up and overbooked my wifes reservation and gave us the run around thanks but no thanks your customer service representative "patty, pattie" needs a different job other than the one she does so poorly but Ashley at the franklin uhaul gave us faith in uhaul again she needs a promotion

There was no attendant there at the time I picked up my truck. I had a hard time finding the key. When I had to leave the app to call for help, I was unable to complete the online log in. The manager I had called was able to complete it for me. I was very frustrated and it took too much time.

Not saying it was the Franklin sites fault, but due to forces beyond their control we were delayed for an hour when picking up our van when I had preregistered and prepaid for it, hoping for a quick pick up. The person at the site lost control of her emotions and created a bit of a scene when she became frustrated with getting us into our rental van.

The only issue I had was the drop off location in Middletown. The address and phone number needs to be updated. I was unable to locate that facility. As far as the Franklin location, Ashley was AWESOME!!!!! She was very helpful in getting things taken care of as well as trying to save me some money since I tried to drop off the truck earlier than my contracted time. I would HIGHLY recommend her and her facility. Thanks so much Ashley. Keep up the great work!!

When someone goes to the trouble to schedule a rent ahead of time and even puts their credit card info to guarantee it - it is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional to randomly change the pickup location without notifying that customer. This caused a huge inconvenience for me because the truck was not at the location that I reserved but had been changed to a different location without notification to me. I had been dropped off at my reserved location and subsequently had to find a ride to the changed location. I will probably hesitate to use uhaul again because of this experience

It didn't seem like the dispatcher was even made aware that someone was coming to pick up a truck from their location. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to wake up and come out to their office to help us with the check-out process.

The time to check out the equipment was longer than it should have been, especially considering I did online check in. The check out person asked the same questions I had already answered. The Uhaul website was slow to respond and/or the location had very slow internet service.

Took 2 hours to get the uhaul. Opened at 10, he was asleep until 10:15 and appeared intoxicated (or atleast had a rough night). Didn't get into the car until past 12:00 (which is a Uhaul guarantee I believe). Computer issues and the uhaul I got was muddy. I will bever be using Uhaul again.

This location, where I was finally able to pick up my rental, was excellent. However, my online reservation was a disaster. The original pickup location told me that they no longer deal with U-haul when I call, and I'd have to call a different location. I called the number for the other location they gave me and confirmed my reservation. When I came the next day to pick up my truck they said they didn't have my reservation! The guy at the counter was rude, and not helpful at all. I called the 1-800 number and was able to find a last minute location that had the truck I needed. It was out of my way, and closed 45 minutes from the time they finally got it straightened out. I will never, ever use the online reservation system again.

Verify equipment is satisfactory for pick up before customer arrives. I will never pick up/drop off at this location again. Reserved car hauler a month in advance. Office staff made me wait 15 mins while he took care of personal issues. Then another 20 mins to reboot computer since he left it on and locked up. Then the trailer light were not working and turn signals were wired backwards. Had to switch to larger trailer which took another 30 mins since he took care of the next customer instead of resolving my issue first. I arrived at noon. Left the location at 1:20 pm. I missed an arrival time at a car show which was the main reason for renting the hauler. I hope you consider some type of discount for me as this was the worst place I've ever dealt with as far as customer service for uhaul rental. My son and I was very disappointed we couldn't unload our car and drive it to the car show. Plus the heavier trailer really bogged down our towing vehicle. So I'm sure I used more gas than necessary.

Our experience with this company, Cherokee Storage,was very pleasurable. Our pick-up was quick & our return even quicker. Will DEFINATELY do business with them next time we need a u-haul.

It looks like your software could use an over haul. we spent a lot of time trying to get the truck rented! Not the persons vault, he had all of the info entered but was just going round in a loop. He called several people to get help, but none of them could help.
