Wiper blades were worn and headlights were pointed down, couldn't see in front of us safely during the rainy night drive. The check out and in went smoothly. Spent less than 10 minutes checking the truck out.

The place is small and because of that, it was a bit slow, BUT, that completely was overshadowed by the awesome customer service. They went above and beyond for us!!!! So accommodating, and we left our bag in there and they were so kind and kept it for us for the next day to pick it up. Merci.
Rachael WelchThe truck did not have a dolly as I requested, and the self service app still charged me for it despite uploading a picture showing that it was not present. The windshield wipers were not lifted in an ice storm, so they froze to the windshield. The spring in the latch was worn, so it was very difficult to secure the loading door. The operator was nice, and the location is convenient.

Had to transfer to another uhaul since everything was not documented correctly. Resulting in an hour delay. Great customer service on the phone besides the line always disconnecting during transfer or hold. Resulting in 4 back to back calls to service center.

John RothrockI dropped off after hours (and early) and dropped off keys in dropbox. They had issues closing out return and it took me multiple calls to get resolve to show I returned truck. I wish they had taken added customer service and initiative to call Uhaul corporate for help instead me having to do so many followups and get worried I would get in trouble for a falsely reported no return. Was very stressful for me.

Karo ThomWe really liked the vehicle and it was great for our moving needs. I was disappointed that we paid $29 a day, plus mileage and were asked to wash it inside when I checked in the day before to extend it a day. We weren't told upfront we needed to wash it out. We don't live here, so we had to pay to wash it out at a car wash and it put 20 more miles on it to take it to the car wash so it added an additional $26 to our rental. Other than that it was a good experience. The office ladies were good.

ron roachEven though I reserved the truck online in advance, it took over 30 minutes to actually check out due to issues with the computer system at the rental store. This delayed our move unnecessarily. My credit card was also charged twice for an amount not disclosed in the agreement. The truck worked well but the rental experience was frustrating.

The previous renter did not leave the vehicle clean, in fact the back storage cabin was quite dirty. The workers offered to mop it out and did so making it desirable to then pack my belongings in. I appreciated their customer service.

I waited for a long time 2 different calls, was transferred 3x's got a gal out of tigard, tualatin who said she would fix price error but did not. Truck needs running boards even for 6 ft person

Darrian QuitevisI have rented a van here twice and both times it has taken over half an hour to get the keys - the app has had many issues and this last time there was an issue with the vehicle not being in the system which completely prevented the app from working but with no explanation. I don't know how much of this is the fault of this location specifically or U-Haul in general. I won't be using this location again, but I will probably give a different U-Haul location one more chance.

The truck was kind of messy and I was concerned about the gas mileage of this particular truck. Other than the mpg, the truck performed well. All in all, I love UHaul!

JOSE J FRANCOI returned the truck Sunday AM before they open for business but they didn't check it in until 11:13 am , therefore charging me for an extra day. Had I known this would be the case, I wouldn't have rented it from there. I would have rented from the 12th St SE location, Even though it's further from my home they have more convenient hours and a much better lot.

The only parking space was between 2 other trucks and pretty narrow but hubby brought his A-game and slid our truck right in there. Had to fold the mirrors to have room to open the door to get out of the truck. Oh well, all worked out.

She let my friend wait in the van instead of in the rain with her dog while I was finishing checking in. Due to the malfunction in the system saying that I ordered furniture pads, she let me rent the dolly for free. Will be going back here for future uhaul needs.
