This location was hard to find, the person who answered their phone was VERY hard to understand (thick foreign accent), and the location was sketchy, I did not feel safe.
Carrie C.Having to reserve your truck on the app is time consuming and frustrating and not user friendly. I should be able to go to a U-Haul location and simply rent a truck with a representative and pick it up at the same location.

Sherman K.Uhaul should not have this as a rental location! The location is not safe and hard to locate. The truck was parked under a cable wire. There was a man sitting on the curb in front of the gas station yelling and using profane language saying he works there. (Obviously on drugs) However, he was there when I got there and when I returned. The truck was not clean. Fries on the floor, trash on top console and nasty and sticky. This is unacceptable, especially during a pandemic. I didn't even choose to rent from this location, my location was changed. They provided the incorrect box # to pickup the keys. I had to make a call for help and then the guy came out and opened the other boxes. He could've helped prior to me waiting so long. The mobile process took forever and made me late renting the vehicle. Never again! I am also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This was horrible!!! People need to know Uhual is not taking any safety precautions during a pandemic. I was renting this truck to pickup toys for my non-profit from Toys-for-Tots nearby and was required to pickup at a specific time that day. Otherwise, I would've canceled the reservation and went to another company.

Marquese S.The inside was dirty and it was an overall hassle doing it online and the lock box. There was no way to really adjust the mirrors correctly. Moving the thing back and forth doesn't get everyone's vision properly.?
