The mileage was off so I could not check in via the app, called and spoke to Melody and Jasmine, who said they would update the mileage, reference # 2808755. I also believed I had a flat tire, the tire pressure indicator was on, it was only a faulty indicator. When returning the truck I was also not able to use the app die to the mileage difference. Spoke with a few more representatives and Ashley noted everything said she would take care of it. I rented the truck on October 7 2023 for 4hrs, received an email 3 weeks later stating I did not return the truck and they had been trying to get a hold of me. They had not attempted to get a hold of me so I contacted customer service. Customer service said they would need to contact the location to see if the truck was there…again 3 weeks later. I am waiting for an update.

Additionally, my reservation was not showing up for some reason upon pick up so I had to contact several customer support reps to fix the issue in order to access the truck which placed me behind schedule.

John HTook 18 days for them to check in my equipment. Charged me for those 18 days. Having difficulty getting money refunded to my debit card. Unable to use my debit card for living expenses and no compensation for UHauls error. Worse rental experience I've ever had.
