Store was not open when we returned our rental, but there was a drop box for the key and agreement contract. It was very easy.

Danny and the young lady at the pickup location were very helpful and made sure my experience turned around. When I first showed up, the computer equipment to rent me the trailer wasn't working. When I returned the trailer, the return rep tried to hold me hostage saying I couldn't drop off the trailer at their location. Not sure how that applies, when I made my reservation to one way from Bishop, GA to Atlanta, GA on S Cobb Drive. Danny assured me the return was fine and I would not be charged $350 for returning to that location.

I rate the experience. Excellant because of the humanism involved in the decision helping me achieve the completion of my moving goal. In other words they helped me get it totally done!

Problem was the a $30 charge had been added to the rental for optional insurance, which I had declined when making the reservation. It was added back in, and this was explained when I tried to pick up the trailer as "insurance is mandatory for trailers that size." Clerk said he could not remove. I called u-haul customer service, and they also were unable to remove, said record was locked for 30 minutes or so and suggested I cancel and make a new rental. I did this and was able to rent without the "mandatory" optional insurance. This sort of thing seems to happen at these secondary pickup/dropoff locations.

I turned the rental in the next day and they told me I would be reimbursed for the second day rental. Hasn't happened yet. I am still receiving correspondence about my truck not being turned in. Kinda aggravating after a pleasant experience.

I am a small women and was told to back up the trailer I rented into a very small piece of dirt between a U-Haul truck and another trailer and a sign with NO help at all.....finally after struggling I just unhooked the trailer and attempted to push it into the spot myself as there was NO help.....I ended up throwing my back out and have been unable to move since! This location should have help and not require the customer to do heavy lifting and moving of trailers! Very upset and in pain!

I was told over the phone that one way tow dolly would be about $40 and same location drop off would be about $20. When I got there he said it's going to be $71 for same location drop off!! He said he can't do anything about the price and I should call customer service. So I did and over the phone after about 30 minutes the agent said one way is about $60. He said he'll make the reservation and then transfer me to another agent so they can adjust the price for me. after speeking with the third agent she said there is nothing she can do and her supervisor is out for lunch! the price is what it is. Since I had already spent 2 hrs waiting to get a tow dolly I just went with the reservation. I get the dolly and try to get my car on it but realize the tow dolly is one without a ramp and one where the whole thing tilts to get the car on. Well my car could not get on it because the front bumper was getting stuck!. So I had to go back and change the tow dolly. They guy said I should not worry and he will change the numbers later on. However when I went to drop it off it was showing the old tow dolly number and after another 20 minutes I just had to leave to pick up my kids on time. Worst Uhaul experience EVER!!
