The biggest issue with your company is lack of communication and customer service. We spent three hours trying to get a hold of representative by calling and texting/chat with no response. We were charged extra mileage that we shouldn't have been charged the text I received send me to a location that was closed. I spoke with a lady at this location for a length of time, she took down my number and assured me she would call me back with a resolution and of course I never got a call back. Next time, I will use Penske I will never use U-Haul again.DAVID W.

The way do you still work the U-Haul are very rude. They tell you to keep the trucks clean but when I picked up my U-Haul the inside of it was very dirty and yet they are trying to charge me a cleaning fee and any other fee they can think of. I filled the truck back up to the gas tanklelevel I picked it up and they're still trying to charge me more for the gas.Louie A.

The location was actually close but they called the manager and she came right over to help. The best customer service I have ever had. She was fun and full of energy. I rented a U-Haul on may 25th 2022, around 2:30 pm, our plans were to pack and move stuff throughout the night because we had a time we had to be out of our house! We loaded up the truck and went to leave and go to my storage, headlights on the truck were so dim we could see the road they were to dark even on high beam you could barely see the road, so we turned around and drove back home! We could move during the night because of this, I got 1 1/2 loads in the the morning, before I had to take it back, I spent $73 to rent the truck not even for 24hrs on a $19,95 U-Haul, and it took an additional $34 in gas, that I didn't even get the use of the truck for my move because of the trucks faulty headlights! I should of gotten reimbursed some money back! We never rent from here againcindy S.

wonderful employees and service at the Green Valley location. However, sustained a flat tire prior to leaving Arizona, on my way to the state of Washington, and your service process to get ahold of them and to get service was greatly horrible. Total of five hours from the first attempt to reach them, until the tire was changed!William S.
we've rented from this location several times-- this time: 1) they refused to change the name from my spouse to mine even though uhaul website says that's ok (wasting time when I stated 3 times I only had a caregiver for my mum until 1:30p); 2) we did not reserve or ask for a hand dolly AND furniture dolly yet both were in the back of the truck which we did not notice until we got the storage unit; and, 3) we purchased safe-move and they did not do a walk around and there was a huge dent on the passenger's side just aft of the passenger's door. As confirmed by the attendants in charge, there were multiple preexisting "cosmetic" dents and cratches as this is an older trailer. The attendant did place X stickeys on the damaged areas. Also, I requested the attendants in charge to note this information on the rental agreement and take photos which they refused to do so as they said a "link" would be sent to me for reporting the damage. By the time I received the link, it had expired and was no usuable. I took pictures, documented the damage, and reported this issue directly to U-Haul customer service the following day priot to leaving on our trip. The U-Haul file should be documented accordingly. By the way, I did secure the U-Haul insurance policy.BEN H.
It was easy to rent online, however; They did not do a walk around before we took possession so we did not know to look for the condition being different than they knew. We took the truck, used it to move miscellaneous household items, and returned the truck without incident. We left the truck parked in front and left. I of course had taken out insurance. I received an email that day saying their was damage to the truck. I know that we did nothing to cause damage to the truck, and if someone had done a walk around, the preexisting damage would have been noted. Now we are being blamed. For this reason, I would not recommend this site to my friends. I have still not received an invoice for my rental.Gaylene S.

The handle and locking of the trailer was difficult. Door sprung up past where it should have stop. We had to work at pulling it down as the handle was lodged past its stopping point. Went for prior inspection before renting and they said not needed. Gal in charge was friendly and nice when picking up trailer. Most are not so I avoid getting gas at this location.Renee H.

When I went to turn in my trailer, the attendant told me I was at the wrong location and turned away from me, offered no explanation. I showed him my reservation and said oh, I see you here in our system, but I'm not taking any more trailers. He then told me to take it to another location, when I asked who changed my reservation and why wasn't I notified, he just said â€œmaybe you should call someoneâ€¦â€ and walked awayâ€¦Brian D.

I was charged 29 of gas for not filling to where I it showed prior to rental. I put 10 in gas and it was at 7/8 tank when rented and 7/8 when returned. How could I have used a half of tank when I only went 15 miles.MICHAEL N.

I had a problem returning the dolly because, Google showed that location to close at 6pm and at 5:15pm, they were already closed.
