This location was clean & the guys were helpful and professional. It was a little unclear with the after hours drop off instructions. The young man in the station gave me confidence that he would handle the drop off and would park the truck. He was very professional and knew his job well. Thank you - Yes, I will use them again and tell others.

The clerk at the site tried to accept my turnin on their application and it said that I had to use my mobile app to turn in the trailer. What a pain in the ass. Not the site's fault,, the turnin process was tedious and time consuming because UHaul required that I take pictures of the interior and the trailer, after it was detached from my vehicle. Ridiculous waste of my time when the site personnel were willing to do the turn in on their system and I could have been down the road.

Exact opposite of what I experienced when I picked up the truck. The employee said it was no problem that I couldn't use my phone. He (Shiv) went out and checked the truck, the mileage and gas level. He did the return on his computer and provided me with a copy of my receipt. I so glad I moved to a community that cares about customer service. This was after the uhaul online system directed me to return the truck at a location that doesn't accept turn ins.

The pick up was fine, they pulled the truck around and we’re courteous. One concern I had was the lack of inspection, both at pick up and drop off. My concern was getting blamed for damage that I did not cause. I did a self inspection and took pictures with my phone to cover myself. At drop off I was in for a huge surprise. The employee asked me what the mileage and fuel level was. I did not look when I got out of the truck as I expected them to inspect the truck upon return. To my surprise the employee asked ME to go back out to the truck and get the mileage. He never even checked it!! Not only that, he never left the building to look the truck over. When he asked if I wanted to a receipt I replied “sure”. Before giving me my receipt he told ME to take the truck and and park it back in the area that they store them. I could not, and still cannot believe how lazy this guy was. I made sure to park the Uhaul right in front of the dumpster so when the garbage truck comes, he will have to walk his lazy ass out there and move it. I will say, the truck was clean, nice, and worked great. I don’t hold any of this against Uhaul, I guess it is to be expected when renting at a Po Dunk gas station.

Charged me 9.14 for something the could not explain. I certainly didn't go over the miles allowed - I've driven the route many times. Also, I brought it back at the same level of fuel I took it out with. Seems like a scam.

Never received the moving blankets I ordered. However, I’m not holding it upon the locations spot. Because uhaul first sent me to an abandoned scrap yard to pick up my truck and after calling they had a truck available for me immediately.

I choose not to be covered by insurance on the app and when I went to pick up my rental they told me the insurance was on my rental and that they could not take it off as they cant access the agreement.

Don't have the 26' truck and moving blankets I reserved. The Chevron station does not have packing material. I was over charged even after I reiterated the error. I have to wait for an electronic receipt to find the over charged. I have to wait to get my refund in 3-5days. The 20' truck was too small for my household. I had to leave some furniture behind. The pick up and drop off location was convenient. The place close too early for return.

I arrived at 7:00 am for pick up and didn’t leave the store until 8:45 am. Not a very easy process at this location and manager was not helpful when he finally arrived at the store at 8:00. I will not use this location in the future

Renting the trailer was a disaster. We had to go to 3 different locations to get one where the lights worked. We were told our card would only be charged for the one we finally rented however we got our statement and we have 2 charges for this trailer. Disappointed in the service we received.

The U-Haul was partially loaded upon pick up. We had to unload and dispose if someone else's unwanted items left before we could load my belongings. Was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience. Not even an apology or a thank you.

This Chevron gas station doesn't provide the same level of service as UHaul facility. It is essentially self service. I had to go find my rental by myself and hook it up without any assistance. UHaul employees would normally help in this area. I had to wait until the next day after returing the trailer for them to email my receipt. Other than these minor things, the rental was fine. I will go to a UHaul facility next time if I have a choice.

By way of his own concern, he verified certain charges to my bil wondering there was an error. I told him the bill was correct. That’s a classy guy. The owners - husband and wife - are really! sweet people.

My only concern in dropping off the trailer early, the person I spoke to directed me where to park the trailer but did not check trailer. There was NO damage, but I would have liked him to check the trailer in my presence so we both would be on the same page, that there was no damage to the trailer.

The staff was great, however, I was first inconvenienced when I was allowed to order blankets and a dolly online, but this location doesn’t have any. Second size of truck I wanted was unavailable. Third he gas tank was empty, I did get a fuel discount, but now I had to put gas in it twice. Fourth and the worse the interior was destroyed spilled soda everywhere, some trash, everything was sticky, and the rear had a layer of dirt I needed to sweep out just before I used it. So again staff was great, but I wouldn’t use this location again, truck was bad.

I made an online reservation, I declined the Safe Towing protection. After I picked up the trailer and was on the road, I noticed that Bob (the local dealer) added the protection without asking or any discussion on the topic. When I returned it, the clerk told be he won’t be able to refun me. I would have to go to corporate and ask them for the refund. $8.00, who cares, it’s the principle. You don’t add to the bill/take my money without asking.

Bob was awesome. I've never rented a Uhaul before and after looking at the 10 ft. truck, we realized we needed the next size up. He was very patient and accommodating. We will return to this location in the future. Thank you

overcharged by over $60! listed return time at 2:45pm when truck was returned at 8:00am! also over calculated mileage by 32 miles! also, truck was dirty when picked up, esp. windshield. attendant did not come out and inspect truck or check mileage at time of rental!

I frequently rent from uhaul, this location was terrible. Poor customer service. They expected me to hook up car dolly and load my car by myself. I am a 71 yr old lady and always have never had to ask for them to do this for me, it has always just been done. I think the free standing stores are much better than the ones that are part of a gas station/convenience store. After I traveled anout 800 miles the strapes on the wheels came off, fortunately a driver passing by alerted me and when I stopped a nice man at a service station put the straps back on correctly.

Some lady that called me from Chevron which I don’t even know her name after I already spoke to the manager concerning keeping the truck another day ... i’m not quite sure what her mission calling me was due the fact that I already talk to somebody about keeping you all the following day but she literally told me that I was in the wrong for keeping it and I can get in trouble and a bunch of other crap which makes no sense so I would not run from her but the other people there are nice ....she called me and literally freaked out on me but he sides that everything else is really good service

Truck ran fine, but was dirty inside the cab, stuff was left over from the person before, and the windshield was super dirty with no wiper fluid in order to wash the window. Not too safe not being able to see

I would like to talk to a District Manager regarding this experience. There was some serious safety / policy violations that occurred during this rental that I would like to share.
