The owner could be friendlier or at least a walk-in customer. Needs to retrain the basics of how to serve a customer's needs. The store was colder than the outdoors. Also, the return trip was a huge misunderstanding with the evening worker. He had no clue about the process and I was almost charged for fuel because this was not written down by the owner at check out. The entire process needs improvement. Perhaps, a small meeting with everyone will get everyone in the same page. Thanks.

Incredible as it is, the U Haul website allowed me to return the truck to a store that DOES NOT EXIST!!!! Fortunately someone actually answered and had me move to the next location a gas station where the poor attendant was not skilled to add a new truck, so I wasted over 90 mins of my Xmas Eve day on U Haul incompetence, and district management support policies of who was at fault the pick up location or drop off. DO NOT RENT from a non U Haul site.

There were spider webs on dollies, which were stored outside. I was careful when I handled the dolly for this reason. I found a black widow spider. This is a venomous spider and it poses a safety concern.

I picked up the uhaul at thornydale and Mcgee (Tucson az) the owner or clerk of gas station was very rude and made the experience very uncomfortable... what ever type of third party helper they are looks very bad on uhaul ... You would be smart to take your business elsewhere...

I don't think I was told about how much it was going to be per mile. I knew that there was a mileage charge. I really thought it was .29 cent a mile. So I was very surprised what the total came out to. Maybe let your customers know up front how much it is per mile. But I pleased with the truck. Can't beat the new car smell.

Have the truck there when the reservation is made. Don’t change the reservation time without the customers knowledge. 3rd time in less than six months that U-Haul has failed me. Thankfully I won’t be moving again for a while.

The pick-up was easy. I was able to drop in without a reservation and get the truck I wanted...lucky I guess. The drop of was especially easy as I was able to fill the tank there and the attendant took the keys and said he'd take care of the paperwork and send a receipt. The process I thought would take 15 minutes took 2 mins.

Usually you do an inspection before and after using the U-haul, I did not have one. There is no way to judge what was before and what was after. I do want to be changed for something that I shouldn’t be. I had no way to return it after hours because the kiosk wasn’t working. When dropping it off a lady asked if I put gas in it I told her I did and she said “okay, if you didn’t, you will be charged a lot!” Aren’t you supposed to come out to make sure that I put the gas back where it was? I did not like this location and would not use it again. I will go to a direct U-haul facility.

Charged me for moving dolly and blankets when I didn’t want them and they were in the truck? Didn’t even touch them but the most infuriating thing is getting charged for 15 gallons of gas when I received the truck it was full and I returned it full. I only drove it about 40 miles which isn’t 15 gallons of gas.

This location is a Uhaul local dealer. I hated it. There was nothing good about my experience. I don’t even need to write why because it was truly everything that was bad. The gas station and woman at the station were my idea of hell.

The vehicle smelled like body odor and was dirty. The person who rented the vehicle to me could not explain what the additional insurance covered. She had made a mistake with the vehicle selected, and told me that she didn’t want to cancel my transaction and I must have this vehicle back before morning because she had it rented. The entire rental process took over an hour and a half because she had gas station customers who took priority over rental customers. The return process was super easy and what I expected when dealing with Uhaul.

I originally chose a different location and they didn't have the requested truck so I was sent here, for them to then not have the requested truck. Computer issues. Lost keys, issue causing me to be charged twice. 45 min to get out the door, late for movers.

The person at this location was very confused and overwhelmed. She was unable to provide the code for the padlock on the truck I reserved and then she was constantly on the phone talking or texting as I waited for a replacement truck. She was told on two occasions I was making a one-way trip from Tucson to Chandler and she only allotted 30 miles and one day for the trip. The trip is at least 100 miles and my original reservation gave me two days with the truck and 100+ miles. Awful customer service and awful experience. The person was clueless.

Received the truck on “full”; however, when filling it in Phoenix it took 18.6 gallons of fuel and the gauge read above full when returned. That’s not really fair to us. That means the truck got 5.9 miles to the gallon when in actuality, the truck was not completely full for us. I think you should do something about meeting us in the middle on fuel since you advertise 11 miles per gallon. Receipt available.

I am not happy with my experience! I had was charged for insurance when I specifically stated I didn’t want any insurance. I was charged $8.00 for $5000.00 worth of insurance I didn’t ask for. Since I was hitching up the trailer and my wife paid she had no idea we were overcharged. We were too tired after returning the trailer to quibble with a he Corporate office on a Sunday so we just said to hell with it. My time is worth more than $8.00. Please return me my $8.00 I was overcharged for. I didn’t want the insurance! Sincerely David Breslin

Pick up of the equipment was good. They were able to find a correct moving van for me and got me going. The problem was when I returned. I wanted to pay with my debit card. Which was told no problem. They charged me both on my credit card AND my debit card. Tried to contact the location but kept referring me to main customer service number.

I don't have a problem with "satellite" rental locations for UHAUL. However, when making the rental online, you get the options for other items (such as, hand truck, furniture skid, mats, etc.....). This location had almost none of the items I was to rent, besides the hand truck. I was told I would need to go to another location for those items. Not only would that have been a hassle; we only rented the truck for a certain amount of time.....did not have time to go to another location for the additional items.

I reserved a 10 foot truck online. I was called that afternoon and told only a 15ft truck was available. When I went to pick up, I got a 20ft truck. More truck than was needed.

Staff at the location was not what I experienced before. The lady in the morning charged my card. And when I returned the truck. The guy wanted to run my card again. Not the same service I got when I went to the U-Haul on Ina road.

The store owner lied regarding the drop off of the truck. She said that we could drop off at any location if we rented the bigger truck. This was not at all true. She also failed to give us the correct paperwork. I spent several hours working with uhual customer service to resolve the situation. When I dropped off the keys, she was not at all apologetic about the mix up. Actually she was rather rude even after she had been contacted by uhual corporate regarding the situation.

It is not the location but the false advertising. I thought the price for the use of the vehicle ead$29.95 for the day and refill the vehicle. I was told after I brought it back that the price $ 167 plus another $22 plus to fill it up. The computer at this location was not working and I talked to a lady on the phone who explained none of the charges to me. I got the vehicle around noon and had it back before 6 pm. Nothing was recorded for the oncoming employee. I will never use your service again!!!

Absolutely terrible experience . This u-haul is at a Chevron on Magee Rd. Lady was rude and disrespectful when arriving and when I dropped truck off. Starting from throwing the keys at me and charging me double . Truck smelled terrible and was messy (I cleaned a bit up front so it wasn’t on me) Gas was almost on empty and I returned it where it was . When dropping the truck off an hour early... she demanded the keys (even though I just gave them to her) she asked me “How much gas did you leave?” ... I told her it was identical to where I received it. She told me to go back in the truck and check the mileage...! She then charged me almost 100$ for gas fees. This is just a sum of my experience . I insist all to not go here.

Terrible experience. Employee was rude, in considerate and a bully. He was very short tempered, demanded I back the trailer into a nearly impossible location. Did not have the time to check me in with the computer and when I asked for my paperwork he told me no because he needed it to check me in later. I demanded my documents as backup, concerned we would have problems later. The truck and trailer I returned were spotless. He didn't even bother to inspect. Uhaul has been absolutely awesome to deal with during my last two moves in less than a month. This location is damaging your name. This won't stop me from using you again as we have another move in 2 weeks but you need to know about poor locations like this.

This location is horrible. Do NOT use as a drop off location. I dropped off two different trucks last week and was surprised to find over $100 in extra charges put on my credit card. Both trucks were returned on time, with extra gas, under the allotted mileage and in good condition. I even paid for the extra insurance to make my drop off quick and painless. To U-Haul's credit their customer service team corrected the fraudulent charges to my credit within 24 hours of me contacting them. This location should not be a U-Haul facility. By far the worst U-Haul experience I've had in renting from U-Haul in the thirty years I've been a customer.

we picked a truck and trailer at this location, the lady there was not helpful, did not review the condition of the truck, check the gas gage, mileage and if the lights worked. we asked for blankets she said get them yourself from the storage room,. we climbed over gas cans grabbed blankets thrown all over the floor and had to pull them over a ladder. While driving we found out the brake lights and turning signals were not working. We wasted over an hour of our time returning and then going to a different location to get them fixed. The folks on Ina took care of everything, the Magee location was terrible. The place was filthy and the lady there could care less about taking care of us. We returned some of the blankets that we didnt need she would not return the charge and would not issue a receipt that they we returned them. She even told us to take them back to her filthy store room that stuck of gasoline. She treated us horribly and didnt care about any solving any of the truck problems. She even said she wont fix anything all she would do is collect the money and give us the keys. She finally scribbled a note on junk paper saying we returned the 2 dozen blankets. she was so horrible and could care less if we had truck problems or potentially an accident since the lights were not working. obviously driving without brake lights endangered us and other people and she could care less. we will never use uhaul again while you continue to do business with the Magee location and this lazy, irresponsible lady. She was the manager. I believe you owe us for 2 dozens blankets, gasoline used driving back and forth about 50 miles and for the time we wasted while trying to leave town. Of course we couldnt spend anymore time arguing with that horrible lady because we were already late do to her negligence.

The lady was a little rude but not terrible. The truck ran great but rode like crap. it has a bad tire or something it bounced so bad i could hardly get over 55 - 60 in a 75 zone. When I informed the lady she said oh.
