This location has no business being a uhaul business. I was waiting for over 90 minutes to get my truck and there was no communication when I asked what was taking so long. I get the truck finally and there is less than a 1/4 of a tank. This is unacceptable for a business and should not be allowed for a uhaul.Joshua B.

Check the AC before you rent the truck out. The AC did not blow out of the vents, only out of the defroster. We drove it from Tucson to Phoenix in 100+ degree heat. It was awful. We didn't realize it didn't work until after the truck was loaded and we were headed out of town. We informed the drop off location.JAMES W.

I reserved a 26 foot truck and car trailer in early April ancc DC they called a day before I was to pick them up near my home and said they had no trucks that size and no trailer. Finally got through to a manager who found me the size truck I needed but along way from home and a trailer even further not available for pickup until the next day. Nearly ruined the whole AZ to NE move. I will never use UHaul again. They do not honor their reservation commitments.LARRY W.

The lady that checked me out was not friendly in any manner. She gave me no information regarding the rental. When I asked questions, she acted as of I was troubling her by asking how much the rental wiild cost. I asked here if I was being charged by the mile and herreply was "how many miles will you be driving"? I told her and then asked again cost per mile and she replied with the truck number that she assigned me. She was rude. The lady checking me on took about ten minutes to figure out how to do it. Terrible service. I told the agent I would need the truck until 8pm then I got message saying we had to return it at 5pm. When I called I was told due to that error nothing could be done and I would be charged again to dispatch the truck. I called the facility to get this issue fixed I was told by the representative "well I don't know what to tell you" she said to call the corporate office which she had no number to. I seemed to have received the dirtiest vehicle on the lot. I had to sweep out the back of the van because there was lots of sand back there. It appeared the vehicle had not been washed in some time. Wash your vehicles, or least rent out the cleaner ones first.CARLOS M.

The woman who checked me in and gave me the keys, kept coughing like crazy and didn't put a mask on. She also had a hard time finding the keys to the truck. Be able to pick up where you ordered from. I even called the location two days ahead of time to confirm and they confirmed- then on the pick up day I had to go somewhere else farther away. I would recommend to have a variety of equipment at the location and the only other suggestion was the guy helped us a lot but when he called to other places near by to see if they had the dolly type but they gave him a hard time, so we end up just renting the trailer which the dilly type would have been convient for us.GENEVA N.

This Uhaul is operated out of a gas station. No joke. The gas station attendants were helpful, but really didn't know much about the equipment and couldn't really help with hook up or disconnect of the trailer I rented. Had it not been for a nice stranger, who help with disconnect, I would have been stuck there. I will never go back to that location and would direct others away from that location. Let the next customer know that when they confirm their online order and U-Haul sends them a "guarantee" it will be at a location, they may find they'll need to drive 120 miles from that location to pick it up.......like Tucson......and then drive 110 miles to their house (opposite the direction they intend to move). Chevron on Magee 3780 W Magee Rd Tucson, AZ 85741 did a great job. However, U-Haul's online service really made my move difficult.James B.

Service was very poor. Clerk was on the phone both at pick up and drop off. Yelled at me when trying to get pump on to fill up uhaul. Didn't go over contract and when returning, she stated â€œ I just look at the computer and tell you what it says!â€ No customer service whatsoever. Very poor experience.Thomas C.
Woman who worked at the site did not give me a copy of my contract and when I asked her if we could document the dent on the truck, she told me that they don't do that and told me to take a picture of the dent. I went to another Uhaul a mile away to ask for a copy of the contract and I was told that they've heard complaints about this location. I would not rent from this location again.Alexandria L.

Pam was confused on how to complete my check out. An employee that had quit a few weeks back happened to be there and helped her. That wasn't the problem, her attitude sucked. She was rude and indignant, if I was as bad at my job as she is at hers people would DIE! My pickup time was scheduled for 430 and the truck was not ready until almost 6. then I get this voicemail at 350 the next day asking where the truck is from a male employee. I turned it in before my time was up. now Shari was fantastic, there were internet issues when I returned the truck but she was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Worst experience of my life. I was over charged for fuel when I replaced what was in truck when I took it . The truck was in disgusting condition.. I was harrased to bring it back so others could rent it. The lady who is at front desk was very rude .. I have rented many trucks over the years and never had A problem. Originally went to I-10/Cortaro Location. They did not have any trucks in the size I wanted, but offered to check other local places. They reserved one at Magee/Thornydale for me. Truck was ready for me when I arrived! Showed ID, paid and was in my way. Returned later that nite. Fueled the truck up at the return location (which is also a gas station), and dropped keys in the drop box. Whole process was EASY!!!!! Receipt was emailed the next morning about 9am. I reserved a 20 ft van in Catalina. I then was informed the next day that the vehicle would be in Tucson. This took additional time and arrangements while trying to pack for the move. When I arrived, the vehicle assigned to me had tires worn so badly they were unsafe. I asked for a different vehicle and was given one that was dirty and only had a half tank of fuel. The person working at the facility was excellent and professional. This rating in no way is reflective of him. He was trying to manage a service station and convenience store while also taking care of the UHaul business.STEVEN W.

Again, the staff that helped with my car carrier return were friendly and helpful. But when returning the truck today the lady who took the key marked in the system that I did not return any dollies or any of the 60 furniture pads I rented. This was incorrect as I had 60 folded furniture pads and one regular dolly in the truck on return. I have opened a dispute of these missing equipment charges but this experience had reinforced.y opinion of Uhaul that I've had for over 15 years. And it is not a good one. The only reason I rented Uhaul over a Penske is because the Penske car carrier could not accommodate the weight of our 2nd car. I doubt that I will ever rent Uhaul again.Daniel E.
