Customer service for u-hula is extremely difficult to navigate and probably the worst I've ever had to deal with. This is my second time dealing with U-Hual and it's the same thing as my first experience with customer service. The store locations are excellent and calling in is a nightmare.timothy F.

I had a regular moving dolly on my reservation; however this location did not have the dolly I requested. The lady at the store did not advise us of this until after payment, which I was charged for the dolly. All they had was a appliance dolly which has a much smaller base that is not long enough for me to move any of my items. I was told by the lady that the store down the street should have them and to take the appliance dolly over to trade out. The other store did not have it either so I returned the appliance dolly to the location I picked the Uhaul up from. I requested a refund for the money I was charged for the dolly and was told it was taken off and I should not be charged for it, however I still was charged for it.Jerri H.

This was strange because it was at a gas station. I couldn't figure out where to go because I didn't expect to be at a gas station. Once I realized that it was fine. Maybe emphasize to go in the gas station for drop off. It said Chevron on the drop off, but I didn't realize that meant to go in the gas station.TERRI S.
I went into the Chevron to ask where she would like me to park the Uhaul. She was short and not very friendly. After filling the gas, licking the dolly and furniture pads in the cab as instructed, I checked it in and successfully returned the truck. I found the key drop box telling me they are not accepting at this location? I was on hold 20 mins, while on hold I found the chat feature online. I waited a bit but a representative finally came on to assist. I advised what my issue was, they told me I was checked in. No problem. I asked what to do with the key. She then told me to put them in the box. I was already frustrated and clearly she didn't read my text to see what my issue was. She then asked me if I could bring it back the next day. No ma'am. I rented this to bring furniture to my daughter who is 85 miles away. I am not driving it home and then back again. The clerk told me I could leave the keys with her and the Uhaul employee confirmed that was ok. This was a horrible pick up and drop off experience.Erika C.

The truck was dirty with food containers inside and 2 blue used mask. We had to clean the truck before loading it. The area is so ghetto with crack heads hanging out by the truck. Not safe for a women traveling alone. Very iffy area!Doris C.

Didn't receive a call back once I placed the order online. Had to go to two places because of this. Windshield was absolutely filthy and the windshield wipers were pretty much stripped out.James Y.
