I would not recommend the location that I drop the equipment off to to anyone the location that I picked the equipment up everyone there is very pleasant and maybe they should be the ones that train the employees at the Lake City location

Heat did not work in the truck. Did not know this until I was an hour away from town. With my truck loaded. Very uncomfortable ride. From Florida to NC. The truck was clean. Good tires and all. Heat was the issue.

Vagner SDuring drop off the lady seemed incompetent. She didn't know how to properly work the Uhaul check out process on her phone. She asked me several questions about operating the site and I let her know that I had no idea. She was the only person working at the gas station and continued to ring people up instead of me. I had to contact customer service and put them on the line in order for them to tell her what to do! Very unprofessional.

Larry NThe truck was dirty in the cab and in the loading area. There were a few black bags tied to the roller door tracks to tie the door up from slamming back down on you when loading. The door did come down on my mid to upper back because we had to cut the bag so we could finish loading the truck. The truck had seen better days that's for sure.
