They did not have the keys to the van when I arrived for my reservation. The gas station clerk had to call the manager who had the keys and was not there. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive to bring the keys. I would not recommend this place.

When I returned the rental no one at counter to help unhook trailer. Did n6t get a receipt at time of rental or upon return. Was charged an 8 $ environmental fee that I was not charged 3. Weeks prior when I rented another trailer from a different location. I requested to have a receipt emailed to me after waiting to have one for more than half an hour. To date I haven't got a receipt and instea6 I get this b.s. survey. I will check my account to see if there are any surprises charged..

I returned the truck with MORE fuel than when I picked it up. I asked the attendant if he wanted to come double check the fuel level and he said "no it's fine" and I was later charged $13,58 for additional fuel.

It did not take very long to rent, it was cheap and I will for sure go there in the future!

Have truck available for the 24/7 mobile device pickup, had to go further to another location and lost money filling the tank up to full, when I received with almost 3/4 tank. No ramp on vehicle (my fault for choosing this when I thought all box trucks came equipped with that) which caused me to slip a disk in my back and now I can't walk, sit, or stand. Not the best experience.

the only thing i did not agree was the gas tank was empty and i had to put gas and when i retuning it was 1/3 for gas, that i had to put more gus . because it was under.

I was told my refund will be back on my card within 30 min...it took 3 days and so far I only got half of it...janky business practice and I won't ever recommend this place
