You should consider relocating the bottom right row of key lockers. It was awkward when I had to squat next to another costumer while getting my key.

The van was extremely dirty with lots of Animal hair in both seats, floor and in the middle of the front, and also very dirty in the back too. I was forced to spend 40 minutes cleaning the van BEFORE I could enter and use the seat and the van. I should never have to clean a van at pickup. I am not a cleaning lady, and I should be compensated for doing the job of a cleaning lady at pick up. And it was raining and I got soaking wet because all this cleaning that I was forced to do in the rain.

Will never recommend this location to anyone!!! I rent a van and returned it at the same date and drop off the key in the key box as I was supposed to. A staff person called me three days after and said they did not see the van and the key, and charged me $1300!!! So I went there again and I saw that car!!! Tell me what should I do. So ridiculous!!!

Location has no office and I had to stand outside a hut in the rain to get processed. The interior bed of the truck wasn't clean (I had to sweep it out), and I couldn't adjust the lights because the lighting control would disappear into the dash (it had been broken at some time).

The office location feels like it’s not an authorized dealer - a container with a laptop. However, the equipment was brand new (125 miles on the meter) and they were friendly

Make your app work. I had cell signal, but the app told me it didn't have a connection. It completed enough of the process to believe I had taken the truck, but it never told me how to get the keys. So I spent 45 minutes waiting on hold for a customer service person who never came. Only by requesting roadside assistance was I able to get the code. Then, when it came time to drop off the truck, your app was having "maintenance" done, so I had to waste even more time sitting in the truck. Both times I have tried to do you "24/7" service, it has been atrocious. Will not be recommending that to anybody. I also got charged for 1.5 gallons after driving 12 miles in a 9 ft van. The fuel gauge isnt that detailed and that math doesnt work out. So getting nickeled and dimed on top of that awful experience did not earn you any points.

It would be helpful if there was parking - we had to drive back home and take a taxi back to the location.

I had an agreed upon drop off place for my uhaul that was changed when I went to login to the app. I was already at the location when I was told I had to go somewhere else. You all have a fully functioning app, I should have been notified prior to arriving at the 24/7 drop off location that it was “full”. I then spoke to a gentleman Isaac on the phone who seemed clueless on how to help me, he told me he couldn’t even send me a confirmation email of whT we spoke about! I spent a lot of money to rent the truck and I’m dissatisfied with how my experience was. The only good part was the woman who helped me the following morning to confirm my truck was dropped off.
