CONNIE BRASHERNo contract information was provided onsite. I did receive it via email however no employee did a visual check of the vehicle and only advised me to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas. 4-5 days after returning the truck I am contacted by Uhaul advising the rental had nit been completed and the truck had not been returned. I provided all information per the request but it makes me wonder about the business from where I rented the truck. To not check the truck back in, it makes me look as though I had not returned the truck when I had. Not good business.
William PesnellThe tires on the trailer were bald and showing the cords on them. This could have resulted in a serious accident. I'm just glad I was not going very far. I have photos of the tires.

scott walkerAvailable physical space for parking is the biggest issue at this location as it is also an automotive tire sales & service facility. Additionally a major road construction and drainage project is underway that impacts this dealer's property and is exacerbating the parking space shortage. Fortunately the project will be moving past this dealer soon. The personnel at this facility were extremely courteous, customer focused, efficient, helpful, professional and their ability to work on the customer's behalf helped in minimizing the parking space issue in my judgment.

FREDERICK LOVEWhen I booked this through calling Uhaul directly, they said this location did not open until 11am on Sat, 5/14. When I arrived at 10:30am, the location was not only open, but the employee said they open at 8am. Uhaul needs to update their records on this location's store hours.
TERESA CRAWFORDThis was not chicos fault. This was the 5th pickup location that was giving to us within 36 hours. We were on our way to pick the truck up and called to drive in pick up in a different location across town. I spoke to 3 different people to get help and recieved ZERO assistance. We will never use Uhaul again.

Eddie ColemanHire better managers is a start. It's mind boggling that as large of a company as Uhaul is that customer service at both locations I visited in Georgia was so terrible. Someone at each Uhaul location should daily track the pickups and returns of vehicles and let your customers know if vehicles are Not available and then perform the leg work to make other arrangements for the people who keep You in business. I ultimately think none of your employees I dealt with in Georgia could care less if the experience is good or not and obviously could care less if the vehicles are ready for pick up, even if they were reserved with plenty of time in advance.

Steve BroomeI asked the national reservation agent for the Pelham store. When I checked with Pelham store they said they did not have my reservation, saying it was at best Vestavia and they said it's not here at the alabaster store. Very disappointing. I lost a lot of valuable time at work chasing the truck all over town
larry youngThe check engine light was on, family following me told me the brake lights did not work. In todays serious times clean the trucks and check to make sure all needed features are working. I needed to move and felt unsafe with the brake lights out.

Shanna VowellI requested a 10 foot truck never got that was told I was getting a 12 foot truck never got that had to take a 20 foot truck only thing I could do. So for the next customers U-Haul needs to let people know that the type of truck you want you will never get.
