I had ordered two furniture dollys and a regular dolly and some furniture pads and they didn't come with the truck I rented. Contacted uhaul and was advised that they were going to call us back in 3-5 business days. I was in really need of those dollys and didn't come and was a bit of an inconvenience.

I went back to the store the truck was rented and they had no answer During pickup the truck had half the tank of gas and no one showed up to check out the details At drop off the truck was marked as returned few hours after my return time. Also no one was interested to check the miles on the truck at the point I dropped it off Also I wanted a truck which was 10 foot for $19,99 but was given 15 foot for $29.99. I drove around 15 miles and got need up with a charge of $80 with no reason provided
Vinod L.App is nonsense 1. I cannot return the truck using app because pic doesn't upload using app. This is not the first time. 2. I did not get final receipt in the email. Still waiting for it 3. Receipt generation in the app fails. It's not first time. Same thing for previous rentals as well 4. I cannot see my previous rentals in the website (desktop). Not sure why my account on web has to be different from the app. I could only see rentals from 2018 and before. Nothing from this week.
Krishna B.Truck was good. But they are doing fraud. When i booked , i booked with no coverage. Still they charged me $14 for coverage insurance. Also, when i picked the truck, thank was 1/8 empty, even i had the picture of it, so i returned the same. But the dealer says as per our system tank was full. So he charged me $18 for gas. In total he charged me $32 extra for no reason and was not even listening to me and photos i had. Was kust running away and saying i cant do anything, as per our system tabk was full and coverage was selected. Bull shit. This is my 2nd experience i had from this location, and both times they did fraud.
Sumit S.I booked for utility dolly and when I went there to pick it up, they said there is no dolly and with no choice I need to cancel the dolly. It made my move very hectic. Moreover, due to this fact, my return got delayed for 45 mins and they charged me daily rent for extra 45 mins which is merely not acceptable.

CHAD B.You app has a lot of issues, I had issues to get the van because app asked for my phone #, I entered my phone # and it said is already in use, so I used my wifes number, when I was asked for a contact, I entered my wife's and of course I couldn't use it. Then I put another phone number for her she received a sms but then I was asked to enter a different. Van was not cleaned and app crashed when I was asked to upload proof. And then I couldn't upload it again. When I returned the van, app didn't recognize the photo of odometer and fuel, I tried 100 times and lose 30 minutes on the 800 go u haul and app. Worst service ever.
