Great service! They can even arrange for a vehicle that they don't have on-site. Two gas stations in close proximity. And you can pick up a few other things when you pick up and drop off!

Just keep doing what you're doing. Omar made everything about my rental so quick & simple. Omar & Chris's Market will now be my go too place for all my Van & truck rental needs.

I scheduled and paid for 24/7 rental to pickup using my phone, but the location doesn’t support that and didn’t open until 9am (3,5 hours after my scheduled pickup) Bu the time the location opened, the truck I had scheduled was only available for half an hour so I had to take a smaller truck.

Easy check-in and easy check-out! Very clean and can get some beer and snacks after working so hard moving stuff!!! Close to gas stations, too! Great employees and they are very helpful!!!

My reservation got changed at the last minute to a larger vehicle with no warning. Not a fan of having to suddenly manage a substantially larger vehicle than expected, but it worked out and the location was great, super helpful people.

Thank you to the owner of this business and the U-Haul managers for doing the honorable thing. I picked this vehicle up with no fuel but failed to complete the on-line verification process. I was so angry that I was already late, and that further dealing with the management and then still having to get gas, or possibly loosing this vehicle and having to try to find another last minute, i forgot to hit submit or take a photo on my own phone that would save to my phone, that would show or prove the condition of the fuel levels. Guesses are the fuel was stolen at night and no one aware of the condition. The management waived the fuel level, as I returned it with less than a quarter tank. Thank you for your professionalism in handling this matter.

Truck was in terrible condition and the store was unclean, messy, but thankfully organized. The truck needs an alignment, new headlights because they were not in proper condition and provided very little light, the truck was very dirty, and did not run well.

I did the online return process and then looked for the drop box, couldn't find one so I asked the guy inside where it was. He told me he couldn't take the truck, there was no parking (there was), it's Sunday so no one is renting a truck. I tried to explain I had already finished the return and he said he didn't care and sent me to City Heights Uhaul. I was so mad. This delayed my process and was extremely inconvenient. The man was extremely rude and not accommodating and strong armed me into moving the truck. The people at the City Heights Uhaul were AMAZING. They heard me out and took my truck, no questions. I would never EVER recommend Chris Market, it was a horrible experience and the owner was extremely rude and uninviting. There was no actual drop box that I could see, forcing my hand on moving the truck. I'm extremely upset. I should be able to leave a truck at my designated drop off. This vendor needs to be removed from being a uhaul pickup/dropoff. It was terrible.

I have no idea how my estimate was more than half of the final cost. The CDW went from 10 to 20 with no warning and I'm charged a safe trip fee? Wth? Also the rate was 19,95 but I'm charged a rental fee? None of it makes sense and il be calling to figure it out. Shouldn't have to pay 85 dollars for 1,5 hours of rental. It's absurd.

I did not like that the agent did not review the vehicle when checking out and checking in the vehicle. That leaves too many opportunities for errors which means the customer has to dispute possible charges. I also did not see anything about charging for gas. I only saw an expense for mileage. When I got my final bill I was charged for both mileage and gas. No bueno.

Never received furniture covers ($10/dozen.) When returning the truck in the same parking space where I originally got it from, the cashier asked me to move it one space over. I obliged and accidentally left the keys inside. They did not provide me with a spare key as they said they didn't keep one. Called UHaul customer service for assistance and the agent hung up on me and failed to call me back. I returned the truck at the time specified (4pm) but because of this mishap, was charged an additional fee until I returned keys. Along with getting charged $250 for a locksmith.

I told the vendor not to add insurance coverage but he did anyway. When I called to get it removed the owner said dont worry you will get free coverage and dont have to pay. I said thats not how the contract works and to please remove the charge. The guy didnt know anything about how Uhaul contracts work.

The fuel gauge was on empty when I picked up the van, and it wasn't clear from the contract how much gasoline I would need to refill the van in order to not be charged, especially since it was empty. The vans and trucks should have at least a quarter tank of gasoline, and more precise language in the contract regarding fuel levels would be helpful.

Unsuspecting location. Don't normally think of a convenience store for Uhaul rental, but it was a nice store and the staff knew exactly what to do. The whole process was very seamless. And the location is very convenient for the surrounding neighborhoods.

Went to drop off the truck on Sunday afternoon. The man who was at the liquor store counter was preoccupied and just took my keys and said everything was good and that I would be getting an email with the drop off paperwork. I thought this was strange as he didn't verify if the truck condition, mileage, or gas level. He also didn't have me sign anything stating the truck had been dropped off as required. I wanted to trust him but over 3 hours later no email or text was received verifying the truck was received? I called the store to double check and a man answered stating he was busy with another uhaul customer and he couldn't help me. So I drove back to the store and noticed that the truck was moved and relocated to a different spot in the parking lot. I went inside and they informed me that there was no paperwork they could provide me that I delivered the truck In satisfactory condition. I told I never received and email or text verifying the truck was delivered. He did say the computer showed I dropped off the truck around 1:30pm, which was correct. I asked him if they had found any problems (damage, mileage, gas level) with the truck and he said no. I asked him if there were any additional charges and he said no. I asked again if there was any paperwork I could have stating this and he said no. I told him I was concerned as the location I picked up the truck had charged me an additional $28 and I was trying to prevent and further charges. He grew tired of me asking for documentation and said I needed to call the uhaul office? The only thing I could think of doing without escalating the situation in the liquor store with other customers inside was to take a video of the truck in the parking lot. Also, why does this drop off location a liquor store have a fake gun hanging on the wall behind the register? Are they trying to intimidate customers, we'll it worked on me, I wasn't going to cause a problem in their store. But rest assured I am not going to be patronizing this store in the future, even though it is only a few blocks from my new home.

I signed up to check out my Uhaul truck and 2 follies at 8am via self-service but when I showed up, it wouldn't allow me. It said I needed to wait until Chris Market opened at 9am. Google maps says Chris Market opens at 8am. I called the market and the man said he would be there in 15-20mins, and that they opened at 9. This was incredibly inconvenient.

Very convenient location and close to a couple of gas stations. I am so thankful they recommended I rent the truck for longer than what I thought I needed. It made a huge difference for our stress level!

Great customer service, convenient location and close proximity to a gas station! Available vehicles are not limited to what is on location, just need to reserve ahead of time. Easy check-in and check-out, too!
