KEN DI had rented the uhaul and noticed while on the road out of town the uhaul had a sensor warning light show up. We call uhaul support since local uhsl was closed and was told to drive slower and careful since that senior was for the brakes. Ugh I had hoped the vehicle would have been inspected before allowing a customer to get behind the wheel and endanger themselves for this I am giving a poor rating. juan fI will not be using Uhaul again based off of the total experience at the Plum Grove location and the total Customer Service Experience. U Haul cost me an additional $200 due to the lock box not working properly and only offered a $50 credit!

Patricia CI was charged 2 time's rental because they didn't say something when I told them I was returning it to a different location. I had to go pick it up and carry it back to original location. Very poor customer service. Acted like they didn't know what is going on.

Jean JFirst time using this company and it was exactly what I needed .I was moving from Louisiana to Texas . Checking out was simply and easy. I was able to drop off in Texas too ! Which made it easy not having to haul the trailer everywhere. Definitely recommend and will be using again . For my next move

Bobby LI had to do all the work while the person took pictures and checked the trailer. I was not happy with the entire rental experience on this trip
HAROLD RVehicle was dirty and disgusting- we ordered online pickup at one place and were texted that we had to pick up somewhere else to ensure the size we wanted. We ordered a dolly online and then the location we had to go to that ensured the correct size truck didn't have a dolly and we were not told until we picked up. Not good service at all.
Kenneth AThe place smelled horrible and fleas were everywhere. The owner has a few dogs in there that are sick or something, the place was riddled with fleas and the truck itself had fleas. Definitely do not recommend.
Enrique JThis location smelled like dog really bad. The owner had at least four dogs at one time behind the counter. with poop on the floor. Everything else was great. The truck. This location does not have utility dollies either.
