Daniel M.I liked how the agent/owner insured the truck's gas tank was full before I drove away. This concept is reassuring and leaves no "guessing or estimating" how much I need to refill before turning in at destination. Recommend all UHaul facilities use this for checking out vehicles.

Then if your storage offers a free month dont put upon availability in the fine print your tricking your customers. Don't risk your customers safety in order to try to get your equipment where it needs to go.

Wayne B.The truck was clean and functioned perfectly. The car trailer running lights did not work and I did not find out until my early morning departure. My spouse followed closely behind until the sun rose trailer could be seen. I am not sure how the lights would have been tested during the day, because the U-Haul represented checked the turn signals and brake lights.
Kyle M.I was billed an extra $70 and they did not know why. I had stopped in at 9a to let them know I had 2 unload around the corner and would retrn posthaste. I was told no problem.The fee was for a 2 hour late return. I had no idea and would have started earlier had I known.
