The lady that helped us was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Wish your main business on white mountain was the same. We will never rent from them again and all our business will go to Chuck and Sons in Taylor az
ronni jI rented the trailer specifically to haul a side by side but when I tried to drive it in I found that the opening was not wide enough. So I rented and pulled it for nothing! It would be great if your dimensions on your website included the opening size. It would also have helped if the rental person would have asked about that since I told her what I was using it for. I too should have checked the measurements myself.

thomas cOnly problem was when we picked up the truck, the app the lady needed to use was being difficult. Took awhile to rectify the problem, even though she was on the phone with uhaul. Otherwise it was all good. I appreciate the local service! I will use them again.

Daniel MI liked how the agent/owner insured the truck's gas tank was full before I drove away. This concept is reassuring and leaves no "guessing or estimating" how much I need to refill before turning in at destination. Recommend all UHaul facilities use this for checking out vehicles.

She made at least two phone calls to get things straight and because it was taking over an hour to get everyone on the same page she told the people she was dealing with that I should be charged less which was done. This lady deserves a bonus!

Gregory SMake sure the truck is in working order first off and hasnt been sitting for a month. Then if your storage offers a free month dont put upon availability in the fine print your tricking your customers. Don't risk your customers safety in order to try to get your equipment where it needs to go.

Sarah TThe rental facility said U Haul would email me a rental contract and also email me a payment receipt. They did NOT! I got neither one from U Haul! That stinks, and is very unprofessional.
Wayne BThe truck was clean and functioned perfectly. The car trailer running lights did not work and I did not find out until my early morning departure. My spouse followed closely behind until the sun rose trailer could be seen. I am not sure how the lights would have been tested during the day, because the U-Haul represented checked the turn signals and brake lights.
Kyle MI was billed an extra $70 and they did not know why. I had stopped in at 9a to let them know I had 2 unload around the corner and would retrn posthaste. I was told no problem.The fee was for a 2 hour late return. I had no idea and would have started earlier had I known.
