My original reservation was double booked. I was given this reservation as a replacement. 2 hours after my original reservation, smaller truck, extra trips and never even received an apology from Uhaul. The manager at Circleville storage was nice but this experience really impacted our moving day negatively.

George S.The check in and out process through the app doesn't work. I called when I returned the truck to figure out where I needed to put the key because the office was closed and couldn't contact anyone. The truck had a used mask in it, other than that it was clean. Over priced!
