Shondra BI wish I could remember the lady's names but I want to make sure that the lady who runs the Citizens Storage/U-haul location on Commerce in Olive Branch was WONDERFUL! She was pleasant, helpful and overall just a nice person. On the other hand, I extended my reservation (the second time) for another 24-48hrs and I was shocked when this extremely rude and disrespectful lady from the "u-haul regional office" called me and was just blatantly a rude person. She kept telling me what I did THREE TIMES, eventhough I informed her what she was saying was not accurate, she chose to believe a computer system without ever asking me directly what kind of information I was told or given. I ultimately told her I'd prefer to talk to someone else because she was being entirely too aggressive. Like most people with piss poor customer service she happily replied "ok that's fine". Yet she continued to be rude and just flat out ugly. If it will help, she called from number 901-366-2600 and it was definitely a middle aged white woman. Hopefully someone will do their due diligence and go back to listen to the recorded phone call because she has absolutely no business whatsoever dealing with people, let alone as a "customer service rep". I've dealt with a lot of rude people both in my personal and professional business but this lady was by far the WORST person I've ever had to deal with. When I had had enough of her accusations and ugly dialogue, she displayed a serious lack of concern and care for how she talks to CUSTOMERS, the ones who quite literally employ her. If I had been able to contain myself, I would have gladly spoken to a manger but I was on the verge of being someone other than myself! That is just how astoundingly rude she was from the first words out of her mouth til her fake "you have a good day" response after I told her I had had enough of her attitude. There is so much more I would like to say, but knowing the current climate and lack of people wanting to work, I have no doubt that this survey is nothing more than a formality and that woman will continue on in the current position. I BEG YOU to listen to our phone call. Whether I was mistaken or misunderstood what the online computer told me, there is absolutely no excuse for the way I was treated, a paying customer. I doubt for a second that she owns the location I suspect is on Mendenhall because that's where she said I was "SUPPOSED" to pick my uhaul up from. Again, the lady who works in the office (I think Tina but I could be completely wrong and hopefully that isn't the rude lady's name because I would hate for the two to be confused, they are polar opposites) on Commerce in Olive Branch, Citizen Storage, was exceptional from the get go. When I went to pick up the uhaul for the first time, she said it showed me as picking up the following day, which is not what I reserved. She said it was not a problem, she quickly and with a smile, changed the reservation and I was able to drive the truck home that evening and begin packing up. When I needed to extend my rental a few days later, she called to confirm my online reservation and again, not only was pleasant when identifying herself but even more so when I thanked her for being so helpful. I always kind of "ughhh'd" when my customers at work would say what I'm about to say but I'm going to be "that guy" and say it about the nice lady, SHE NEEDS A RAISE! If I had to of dealt with the rude one instead of the olive branch lady on day 1, there's no way I would have even bothered asking for the reservation to be altered because it would have taken me all of 5 seconds to decide not to do business with a place who employs a nasty woman like her and puts her in a customer direct position, it would be a hugely poor business decision. She would run off everyone that walked in your doors. I hope that you will share my sentiments about how great the Olive Branch office lady was and I would highly recommend friends to rent from there simply because of her outstanding customer service. If I hear anyone mention the Mendenhall location, whether I know them or not, I will adamantly advise them to choose a different location. She wasn't having a bad day, she is just not a nice person. Thank you for allowing me to give feedback on my experience because rarely so I ever take the time to, even for a negative experience, but this woman should be corrected at the very least. robert wThe truck gas cap top was busted off. I was concerned someone would steal the fuel. The engine light was on. I didn't know I would need a pic of fuel gauge and mileage until after I dropped keys into box. Truck was locked at that point. 0,99¢/mile was different than 0,79¢ I was told on the phone. Shouldn't be an additional convenience fee to extend rental to next day. I could have returned it and rented next day separately to avoid a senseless fee. As I was saying this, she added the extra day and it was done.

Steve PU-Haul is a great company director they have great customer service they are amazing however do not ever rent one from a citizen storage location in Mississippi I've rented from both citizen storage locations in Olive Branch and they are both ridiculous and how they handle business it's horrible I would not rent one from them I would wait and get one from another place there's a couple other places in Olive Branch that are wonderful to deal with but citizen storage storage is completely off

Like waiting for approval when I got there-why not do that before you show up to get the truck on the day you're stressed out from moving and it was late and I was tired but the return process pissed me off too. Nothing to do with this location tho. The lady was nice AF.
ALLISON AAfter having to travel to three different locations in three different cities in order to pick up moving pads, a box truck, getting shorted on an appliance dolly,and two wheeler,while having people wait at my home to load the truck,wasn't a pleasant way to start the day. The truck itself had steering problems, the front end was making popping noises, wondering all over the road, the right front steering tire was below DOT regulations,( almost no tred), the left front steering tire was installed backwards,as it was a directional tire. The most pleasant part of dealing with UHAUL, was turning in the unit to complete the nightmare.

LaNedra WThe clerk, in person told me twice that I could drop the trailer off at this site. And, if they didn't have a trailer on my pickup day and had to travel to another site to pick one up, that I could still drop it off at Citizens site. AT NO TIME was there mentioned by Citzens or by the Pepperchase that there would be an additional cost for dropping it off at a different site. My email from Citizens stated I was to drop the trailer off at Citizens, which I did, as this is where I made my reservations, in person and reserved it on my card.
George BMy original pickup location did not have the truck I reserved. I had to wait over an hour before a truck was located. Once located I had to drive an hour to pick up the truck and an hour back to my loading location. I was only compensated by given additional miles with no thought to the amount of fuel that would be needed for the additional miles. I was also not given my credit that uhaul states I would get if my truck was not available. The new pickup location also did not have all the moving blankets I ordered on my reservation either. Should I need services again in the future I will most likely seek a different company.

Belinda MAC was out in office… it was sweltering & made me sick. The reps at the facility were amazing considering the circumstances. The truck was nasty & smelled. It ride like a chuck wagon.., no shocks & very rough.
Gayle SI ordered a truck and tow. The truck had no hitch they told me to go buy the hitch myself lol. Waisted an hr goin to do that they said they would work on the price but still charged full price. The lady was nice but took no notes and she was off the next day. I never have good service with uhaul so no surprise on experience
stephen bFrustrated with the truck. Reserved a 15 foot truck but had my reservation switched to a 10 foot truck and my time moved up 4 hours. This messed up my move because the 10 foot truck has no ramp. Couldn't move the things I rented the truck to move.

Michael MThe truck needed a pull out ramp, this made it very hard for me to load the truck. My knees were challenged having to climb up into the truck. The truck drove as if was straining to change gears, not sure was going on with that.

WILLIAM NTruck was in really rough shape on the interior: both arm rests on doors were broken making it very hard to close doors tightly. headlight control mechanism was broken out of the dash and hanging by your feet I would recommend if equipment is improved.
