I searched for U-Haul locations in my city to drop off the truck on maps. This location came up but it also said permanently closed. I knew this couldn't be right since I had dropped off a different truck here just a few months ago, and there were still trucks in the parking lot. It was just confusing.

Google maps send me in the wrong direction to the Fenton location but i found it!

Office was closed around 2pm. Sign said office should be opened until 5pm

The young lady working there was fantastic very very helpful even help me with the Jack getting the hitch off the ball of my truck. Je les recommande fortement.

It is very challenging to get to this location and not very clear. have to go through a car wash to get truck back to the storage unit. also had some issues with drop off and being told I need to take to a different location 30 plus minutes away. the guy from that location tried to tell me I would be charged if I don't bring it. my paperwork showed Fenton drop off. Thankful Tara with transportation was helpful ingot everything all set.

Need a sign upfront letting your consumers know where the store is. Also need your own drive way to get there. Love how it is hidden tho keeps it safe that way. Very friendly service and nice clean store.

Windows were dirty front windshield bugs asked if they cleaned them reply nothing to clean them with. Cleaned them myself also could not find Gallatin Tn to return so had to drive to Hendersonville Tn instead 26 milEs instead of 4miles. Truck tan great over all good trip

The location is abandoned….could only get in a lockbox for the key, after an hour (both internet wise & 2 phone calls to a human). I made a list to the Area Regional Manager, Danial Staine with zero response so far. The truck was not clean: wrappers from previous user,sticky passenger seat from someone who spilled a soda (for real during COVID?! Ewww), & a dirty cup holder. Worst experience I could possibly imagine.

Location was closed so had to pick it up at another location, also ordered a dozen moving pads but only received a half dozen. Followed up with another site and they wouldn't provide the other half dozen and stated to follow up with the uhaul number. Made it a little challenging when trying to move. Truck was fine and returned with the same day, just did not know how to explain about the missing moving pads since returned after hours…

It was very difficult to drop off the auto transport here because the location was too small to turn around the 20 ft truck with the transport on it. There was very little level area to safely remove the auto transport and there was no personnel available to assist the removal. I called the local UHAUL number with no response.

I paid $10 for an appliance dolly and it wasn't in the truck. It took me an entire hour to finish the pick up process and then my reservation "expired" because it was taking too long. Then I had to call and get my reservation extended because it took an hour to pick it up and it cost an extra $60. Overall not a good experience at all.

The manager was great. The online service was HORRIBLE. if i had to go through that again i would choose not to. Your system need work

Had a 6x12 enclosed trailer reserved through the national website. I even completed early check-in 4 hours before pick-up. Arrived on site and...no trailer. Never f-n existed there. Your reservation site is a s*t show & ran risk of completely screwing up my week. However, the woman attending the rental location was able to cancel the earlier reservation and rented the only trailer on hand (5x9 open). She even stayed 10 minutes after close to help (she didn't get paid for that, but should) with reservations and fight through a rather unfriendly system (had to do it twice) to get the new reservation in place. Thumbs up for the local retailer, thumbs down for U-Haul national.

I passed your driveway 3 times before I saw the teeny U-Haul logo on your teeny sign. The truck worked fine but the cab was pretty dirty (lots of dried mud on the floor).

Checking out the truck took 40 minutes as I was trying to do it from your website. I was on hold with customer service for the last 20 minutes before downloading your app. I was able to check it out through the app. Very frustrating.

They didn't give me the additional items I reserved (furniture dolly/cart and pads). It made my moving experience a lot harder. The customer service rep helped me by trying to find another location that was open but it was too far away. She ended up adjusting the total cost so that helped but it would have been better for our move had we had the proper equipment.

We had ordered a furniture dolly and furniture pads and when we arrived at the sight at 7:00am., neither of those items were in the truck. As we were to move a piano, that was essential. The location does not open until 10:00Am, while most other locations open at 8:00. We called U-Haul and they told us that the Burton location was open and we could drive 13 miles out of our way to pick up the necessary equipment and 16 miles back to our location. That was not a fun way to start our day. The phone contacts that made this all work were very nice and sympathetic to our situation, and offered us a reimbursement but that just shouldn't happen.

I don't know why I was sent to this location when there was one closer that had the equipment. I know because we had to go to that facility in order to exchange the tow dollie as the tie downs were fraid on the one we picked up from this place. Very friendly, called and got us a new one instantly. Very hard to find as it is off the road and the sign was only on mailbox

Parking lot was in rough shape. Large pot holes and large piece of concrete in the center of the parking lot. Please place signs on lock box to complete online U-Haul check in prior to putting keys in lock box.

I ordered a furniture dolley and 2 pkgs of moving cloths, none were in truck and nobody to talk to about it at location. I wasn't aware I was supposed to sweep out truck at end, almost got charged $25 for not doing that!

The location is hard to find if you don't google map it with street view. A bigger sign would be very helpful.

Katie was very pleasant and helpful and really appreciated her warm greeting and attitude. The trailer was great to pull behind my truck and would definitely rent when needed again!

Have the U-Haul computer system working properly. Sounded like company wide, the computer system was REALLY slow. After waiting 45 minutes, the agent was able to process the rental WITHOUT the computer. And was informed the same problems occurred at other locations, with lines out the doors! U-Haul needs to provide their rental agents with a computer system that works!

The signage out front was hard to see and we had a hard time figuring out how to get to it. The truck was pretty dented up and the self-serve was not user friendly.

I received a confirmation email the day before my pickup date, giving a guaranteed time of 9:30. I arrived at the location at 9:30 and found they weren't open until 10. The office was filthy, and they had me on their schedule for 11. The staff member was able to help me to get the truck and dolly I needed. Luckily, the Uhaul rep happened to be on-site and he was great - he helped me to hook the dolly to my truck, changed it out when the lights weren't working, and even got the truck (a 26-foot truck), pulled around a tight corner for me so that I could exit the parking lot - He was great (I did not catch his name but I know that he covers Genesee and Shiawassee counties in Michigan).

We had absolutely no issues using the tow dolly from Michigan to Georgia. Service at both ends was very good, and the tow dolly was maintained very well.
