U haul had the reservation backwards. Had us dropping off in Nesbit and picking up in blairsville. We were picking up in Nesbit, Ms and dropping off in Blairsville, Ga. When we got to Citizen storage in Nesbit, Mississippi, the gentleman behind the counter know where our drop off was. My husband told him we were picking up and not drop off. It was all very confusing. My husband was not offered any help and hooking the trailer up to the truck. He has a bad back and had to lift the trailer by himself and hook it up to the truck.

Online service for turn in was poor. Site had issues. The gentleman that was in charge of turn site was very helpful. It took over 2 hours to get a certification of completed turn-in. Good thing I started turn-in 4-6 hours before my scheduled termination time.

John TTruck had several error lights on. Was told not to lock the doors when we picked it up, because the locking mechanism was broke. Did not have the additional equipment we ordered (a dolly), so we had to drive to another location to pick that up and return it.
JOSHUA SI locked the keys in the truck I was so scared I didn't know what to do I was suppose to deviler some items to make some money.I had to sleep outside.

Carla NI spent time pre registering and paying and uploading license But when I picked up, I spent o er 30 minutes giving all the info again. The truck on inside had sticky stuff in handle, steering wheel and seats. Ed of truck dirty. I have pictures. It was well after 230 when I picked up, I was earlier than I thought. Told no issue. Was told I could deliver truck wherever at drop off but received a call at 230 that I was suppose to have delivered truck to them at 2 pm. That was news to me. Due to bad weather and traffic I delivered at 530 pm. The guy was nice and understanding. I did get an additional charge to my card but do not know why? Was it late fee?? If not for the drop off guy being so nice. This rentAl experience was AWEFUL. Don't see myself using uhaul again.
