I dropped the truck off after hours and tried to follow the directions on the website for this. The website wouldn't recognize my location, but an employee came out and stated they would email the receipt to me. I received a call 2 days later from the pickup location asking if I dropped off the truck because they didn't have record of it. Everything worked out in the end, but it made me nervous to leave the truck there without any confirmation that it was dropped off.

When I booked this uhual for multiple day while I was in-between apartments I was told I would be able to pick up & return in Gainesville, FL. It was not until the afternoon of pick up that I was told that I would have to make the 45minute drive to this location. This was a nice location with friendly staff that was great help. However, it is the inconsistency of phone representatives and being told 3 different things from uhual that I did NOT appreciate.

have them do paper work so you do not get charged for extra days. waiting for credit. rented twq trucks was charged 217,2 each extra

She lied about the cost. She told us the tow dolly would be $118 per day for each day we had it. She also told us we had to buy insurance, no choice even though we have good auto coverage. When I questioned the $586,36 on the form she had me sign, she said that was only if we kept it 5 days. She said I promise no money will come out of your card until you return the tow dolly & they know how many days we had it. She hurried us because it was almost closing time. A couple hours later I discovered $586,36 had come out of our account. We would never have rented it had we known it would be that much. We could have bought a tow dolly on Craigslist for less than that.

Don't know why there was no one here in the middle of the afternoon. Leave it up to me to disconnect trailer and do extensive documentation/photos to make sure I don't get overcharged any more than I already am.

These guys were fantastic! I loved hanging out afterwards for a few minutes meeting the family and pets including a precious little goat ??! Thanks everyone for offering me a fantastic uhaul experience!

When I returned dolly during business hours they weren't open. I checked my Wells Fargo account, 12/ 6, 7, 8/ 19 no posting. I had no WIFI until 12/14/19. Sunday 12/15/19 I checked my account and they had double charged me 12/5/19. UNACCEPTABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL

The staff was not knowledgeable enough to help me and made me check in on my mobile phone and the they figured it out after I was already doing the checkin on my phone. What chaos.

Uhaul sent me to wrong location to pick up way out of my way passing 5 other stocking dealerships to a place with no trailers that wasn't open to then be referred to another location and putting me hours behind, this was the worst uhaul experience ever !!!! The staff at pick up were great but uhaul corporate reservations sucks !!!!!!!!

The location helped in getting me to a new location to rent the uhaul. She had just taken over and wasn't approved through U-Haul until the following Monday. It did hold me up and had to drive further but all in all the situation was ok.

Sarah was great. She switched out my trailer in 30 minutes time - after about a three hour delay with U-Haul. I had to arrange things with her myself. She gets an A+ from me, and my gratitude for her help and care.

Your reservation system was crashed that day. Wouldn't allow me to prebook online prior to going to the local brañch. Even the agent had to call national to get a booking on a Saturday afternoon.
