Learn how to know what kind of vehicle will fit your trailer. We rented a trailer and drove three hours to find out that the trailer was to short. Very unhappy and will NEVER use U-Haul again.

The truck was filthy, grease and old food, sticky from spilt drinks, I runed my blouse because I sat in the drivers seat and it was so dirty that it stained the whole back of my shirt. I spoke with the agent who checked me in, and his only comment was "it only gets cleaned when they service it" Not to mention I had to get a bigger truck than I wanted because they said they had not pick ups available, that the one in the lot was rented, however the same pick up was there 3 hours later when I dropped that disgusting truck off, the same day. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treat a customer with such disrespect.

I drove about 4 miles and the brake lights came on, I was told it was a glitch. However I had to really push the gas peddle to get it to go over 35. The truck was dirty and had a very bad odor in it. I expected more from Uhaul.

Not clean inside. Had to sweep dead Roaches out of back and front of truck. There was a grease residue on the seats that looked like fried chicken grease! City Electrice was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had reservations in Summerville SC but at the last minute I was told that they didn't have a truck available. I found one in Orangeburg SC an hour from my location. This set my move back a day. The agent in Orangeburg was great

Purposely overcharged for fuel and had to prepay and be charged 50 miles inaccurately, billing charges inaccurate.... and kept trying to overcharge on fuel despite pictures of fuel levels before and after check-in and check-out. Phillip Crosby was the associate.

Dealing with Mr. Philip was a pleasure. He hooked the trailer up with such attention to detail he could restore antique paintings in his spare time. He addressed all of my concerns about the trailer and was extremely helpful. You never know how a rental experience with uhaul will go depending on what location you use but I can tell you, I will always rent from this location!

The truck we picked up was filthy inside the cab. Cigarettes in the ash tray, seats covered in grime and dirt all over the dashboard. I would never pick up from this place again.

Consideration of increasing the mileage in the rural areas in SC. Currently you only give 50 free miles per rental. I think it 50 per day per rental. I had to go to Orangeburg to pick up the truck because the Bamberg location did not have the vehicle available. I live in Denmark which is 26-28 miles each way. So I spent more money on the mileage as everything is so far apart and spread out.. Other than this issue the rental process was excellent.
