ROGER C.I had one time a staff wasn't friendly. She called to tell me my payment was late. And I couldn't use my card anymore because it was the second time it didn't go through. I'm a server I don't have money just go on a card. I have a 2 month old daughter. She needed to understand sometimes life happens and we just simply forget about things. It was only a week late. And she was just super rude in her tone of voice.

The R. | Expérience généraleVery grateful for the help when I was in a bind. The only thing I would suggest, is allowing us to drop off the U-Hauls at a closer location and still get the same rate. I ordered a 6x12 enclosed trailer. If I were to return it to the same location the cost would be 29,95 $. To drop it off at another location, which would be closer to my new home, it would cost over 100 $. With U-Haul as a company, you would think you'd get the same rate dropping it off at another U-Haul location. That's the only suggestion that I have. Everything else was great.

Carolyn A.Clean and maintain your vehicles. I should have said something when I got in the cab and noticed how disgusting it was. There was a layer of dust and belongings from the previous renter still in the cab. I would think that during a pandemic there would be at least a basic level of sanitization taking place, clearly not. The truck broke down on us and left us stranded on the side of the interstate, not surprising considering the condition we received it in. Pretty disappointing. Thank you for reading, we will be going with Penske in the future.
