Well I booked a car carrier in Ridgecrest CA. They made a mistake and book me a tow dolly.got there and never had auto transport. Had too drive 150 miles round trip too get auto transport in rosamond I think too be able pick up my car in Ridgecrest too bring it back too Phoenix..some compensation for that probably should be in order from uhaul.

Not th locations fault but the location I had requested and booked did not have anything but a 10' truck available. Not sure why they even let you make a reservation if there is no way they can do it!

The trailer smelled awful like someone was living in it before I rented it. It was so bad that I smelled like it after only having it for a short time.

When we opened the door to the back it reeked of pot. It was too late to call and see if we could get another truck as the place was closed. This made it hard to start loading as two of my family members have asthma and they flared up. I called the 800 number to at least let someone know so that it would be blamed on me. The trucks should be inspected and if possible aired out or charge a fee.

How ever I was sent to them after my first place Capone Exotic Bullz 2 didn’t have what I reserved and had to drive 20mins out of my way.

Was lie to about Insurance/Was told if ANYTHING Happened we will be cover ---at the end of the Trip Had A issues with the truck getting Jackknife due to small areas to turn and call UHaul for help at 1am -was told it would be an additional charge of $450 //and I have taken the full insurance.So I was LIES to about IF ANYTHING was to happen.....I will like my Money return

It wasn’t the location but the equipment was garbage one of the tire straps broke due to it rubbing on bolts in the tire well that were put on backwards also the lights on the trailer stopped working we had to call road side to fix both problems when you spend $600 bucks to rent a car dolly you expect it to not be crap.

There was a change and was asked to drop off over 2hr away from where i wanted to drop off the truck so i paid for the fuel for the truck and also my own vehicle to take 4 hr out of my over exausted day to drop off the truck when i could have dropped it off only 10 min. Away but then 3weeks later I'm now been charged almost $400 from my bank by uhaul for some unknown reason and now I'm over 800 over drawn due to overdraft charges from this mistake by your company

The truck reeked of cigarettes and there were cogarret droppings in cup holders. The truck had gas cap light and check engine light on, the person said they knew about it but was ok. The vehicle was rickety and the shifter was hard to change. The parking brake didn't work. I felt like I was driving a death trap so I returned early.

The problem is that the original place of my reservation didn't have a truck (Acton Ace Hardware). Nor did the next place (furniture place in Palmdale). I had to go way out to Rosemond to get a truck. I was really jerked around. I was greatly delayed. But the laundry man was very helpful but I was way late in my planned schedule. Uhaul seems so disorganized and non caring about their costumers.

The man lied to my sister about covering the mileage in the second trip because he didn't have the truck she needed the truck was on E and then he told her he will reimburse $36 then when we turned the truck in he over charged her complained about the gas she didn't leave in the truck then told her we owed him $40 so she told him he can keep the 36 and she will bring him 4 to cover the difference and he told her she had to pay the full 40 out of pocket which meant he kept the 36 plus wanted an additional 40 on top of that she went up there twice to pay him the 40 because the truck was in my name and he told her that I wouldn't be able to rent another truck until she paid him so both times she went to pay him she texted his phone to tell him the time she was coming and he would leave and not respond then call an hour or so later talkin about he can meet her away from his office area to retrieve the money and she told him no she will meet him at his office and it was 7:30 pm what type of weird time was he on? I'll never refer this place to anyone ever in life service was trash and unprofessional as hell
