The lady working at the desk was able to get me my receipt after a little digging, she didn't have to but it was nice she took the time. The check in process was smooth.

VVehicle smelled like gas. ak m leust be a gas leak somewhere in this vehicle which may indicate a hazardous condition and excessive gallons per mile driven.

Had to be buzzed in after ringing bell during duty/open hours; once I walked and I was not sure where to go as there were no signs leading to the front desk or counter he was not up front and it was off to the left down a small Hallway I had to speak out loud for someone to acknowledge where I was supposed to go. Also I was informed that I return the truck early and I would still be charged for the entire four day rental although it only took me three days I didn't see how this is fair I would like for somebody to contact me at 706-573-4816

I had a new 15k mile unit. Great to know haul is buying more equipment I.have broken down in the past more than once with old outdated high mileage units, good to uhail is listening.

The truck traveled great. I had no problems getting up any hill. Loved the cruise control. Will definitely use uhal again in the future, but will double check fuel gauge before signing paperwork. Thank you

The online checkin took longer than waiting at a uhaul location. The drop off procedure was not working correctly and took WAY TOO LONG.

Your none adjustable mirror are a hazard. When passing vehicle Ihad to lean up to steering wheel to see if i cleared the vehicle. Not very safe when in traffic

Don't change the pick up location the day before the scheduled pick up!! I made my reservation a month prior to my pick up date and it was changed on the morning before. It made the pick up location inconvenient for me which is why I made the reservation in the first place!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this site. One fee was quoted and was charged twice as much with hidden fees. No intergrity. It's a very shady way to run a business and I will not be returning.
