I was told by a rep at this location I needed to call/go to the location I picked up from to receive a refund for a dolly charge that I did not get.

You switched the pick up location on me at the last minute. The new location didn't open at 8:30 I had to wait till 930. This setback my long days driving by 2 hours.

The first return location we were sent to (Oxmoor Rd in Birmingham AL) was no longer associated with Uhaul so we had to search for a location where we could return the truck.

The lady that did the Uhaul wasn't there however after a few moments of speaking with the owner of the car dealership he helped me a lot. Although there was a language gap i was able to figure it out.
