Classic Glass called and gave me one truck number. When I was picking up online I was given another truck number. It did not have my supplies in it. I had to carry everything from one truck to the other.

It was returned after hours. It was very accommodated. But dark. We first tried to return to Lena's 24/7, but the gate was locked. It was after hours but no code even though it said 24/7. I love returning there because of the ease. I didn't know about Classic Glass!

There was a shirt in the lights that kept blowing the fuse in my vehicle. I finally got the trailer exchanged the next day at another location. This resulted in me having an extra hotel bill and missing work one day to get the move done. Would like to have the rental fees waived to cover hotel bill incurred.

Trying to reserve on line didn't work for me. When I tried to do it by phone, I held for quite some time and finally gave up. The second day took several minutes to get a person, but everything worked well after making contact. Classic Glass was very helpful.

No customer greeting. Had the owner stand there and stare while not coming to assist us with our drop off. Had to just leave keys and not return the truck how it should have went due to rude customer service.
