The facility was terrible. The "office" is a container that is used to sell marijuana out of along with the UHaul and tire shop. We were told we couldn't get a receipt for the return of the UHaul trailer unless we moved another trailer, by hand, and placed the one we had in it's original spot.
Smith HTruck had fleas, broken glass all over and breaks weren't all that great either. But besides that the office people were wonderful

Jimmy JTook two trips to location to deliver the truck to them. My first trip was turned away. The second trip the truck was finally received. The agent was friendly and great to work with once the dilemma was figured out. Will use again
