Terrible. Booked online for thursday, only to arrive to find out the location was already closed even though I got a voicemail and email confirming it. The owner was upset and gave me a hard time when I went the next day. Did not know how to honor the pricing that was set when I spoke on the phone. In the end the biggest problem was the fact I got the trailer a day late made for a lot of problems for my weekend that could have been solved if I could have tried to pack my car up thursday. I ended up not even using the trailer and plan to never rent a uhaul trailer again after this experience.

Location was horrible. Not easy to move around, once you pull in with a trailer it is very difficult to back up and turn around. I had to go inside to ask where they wanted the trailer to be dropped. There were not any other customers inside and the gentleman behind the counter was just sitting there and acted like I was bothering him. I told him I dropped the trailer and he proceeded to scold me on where I dropped it and why I would drop it there. Offered no help to move the trailer and seemed very annoyed I was there.

I made my reservation online, and the day of my move I was contacted by a Uhaul representative wondering where I was at 830am (I scheduled the pick up for 8am), and if I still wanted the truck. But things don't always go as planned which is why I was late. When I finally arrived, my order was not complete. I ordered an appliance dolly that was not available at the pick up location. After picking up the pre-scheduled truck, I had to drive to another Uhaul location to pick up the appliance dolly which added extra mileage to my drive on the truck. The cost of the dolly was waived but there was still the inconvenience of my time and the gas spent to get what I had previously ordered a week in advance. In short, I was fairly annoyed with getting a call regarding my being late for the pick up of my reservation when my order wasn't even completely ready for me and created an inconvenience for me as the customer.

Where to start? There was not one 5X8 cargo trailer in the entire city of Simi Valley. They got the times wrong for the reservation. They sent me 11 miles to get the only one in the region. The guy running the place, Moses, acted like I was interrupting his workday. The trailer hadn't been swept out. The paperwork part of the transaction took forever, because he didn't understand the new system Uhaul instituted. All in all, it was a really unpleasant experience. I expected more from Uhaul.

The person in front desk is super rude, he is an older person was saying bad words etc saying the who ever made my reservation over the phone was allways fucking up on the information, i told him that it was not my faulth he continue to act angry etc because he had to start the process all over on his computer. Very bad customer service i been using u haul for more than 5 years and this one was the worse experience ever people like this with no people skills or customer approach should not be working here.

Moses bent over backwards to help. After being delayed in picking up the trailer he understood and adjusted everything to help us.. Very good dealer
