This place was dirty, smelled of cigarettes inside, and staffed by two people in an office where you are separated by a wall and glass window, and can only communicate through a tiny 1' x 2' opening. The employees would just shout at you from their desks across the whole office, so you had to shout back to be heard. This appears to be some trucking dispatch centre and i have no idea why i was directed to pick up from here instead of the actual uhaul location 5 mins away where i selected for pickup. The staff also didnt seem very knowledgeable on how to set up the rental. I waited for almost 30 minutes and was the only one there. They had me do everything through my phone in the end too, and did not appear to be able to enter any info to uhaul directly. Really will insist on not going to that location next time.
Michael CI had a reference number because I called ahead but I wasn't in the system and I had to wait about 1/2 hour until they figured it out, I didn't get a receipt and I believe Uhaul took advantage and charged way more than they should.
