Pros: guy on the phone was very nice Cons: our rental dolly was not included, and the picture of where the truck was supposed to be was not accurate
Braeden GonzalesI filled the gas above the three quarter mark one tenth of a mile from the drop off location and was charged $17,1 for four gallons of gas. When I picked up the truck it had a little less than three quarters of gas in the tank.

DAVID SASSANIThe front door is locked with a note to use side entrance. You have to walk into a dark garage and find your way to the office; and there was a sign "Beware of Dog". The attendant was literally watching me walk around like a fool and did not answer when I was calling for them while in the garage. The attendant said he was unable to check me out but did help me unhook the trailer. I went back after he left and completed the checkout process online.
Robert WrightThis was not the place I had reserved the truck at.. The day before pickup uhaul called and said I had to go out of my way to a different location to get truck even though I had reserved many weeks in advance.
RICHARD KNAPPSince this experience went perfectly, including adding a few days when my plans changed, I can offer no improvements. Your customer service person who handled my xtra days of access to the U-Haul truck was helpful, pleasant and professional.

Carson DaviesThe process for pick up was long and drawn out. The key was not in the box and ended up having to get help from an associate anyways. Then I was only given the option of 4 hrs and got charged double for being over.

GEORGE MESSATZZIAClay was the best part of our trip and toke care of us well. Got everything situated and even helped with to leave our car there momentarily. He really makes the U-Haul name shine. Provides good customer service. Even he stated the person who tied up the car did not do a good job.
usman aliThe on-line reservation is somewhat kludge. I had to call the support staff twice to get the key box combination. Your support staff were great, though. All in all, the experience was definitely positive. Nice job.
Robert KolarThe workers were very friendly and very helpful. The van was great - clean, spacious, and got great gas mileage. Returning after hours is simple and quick. I only wish this location regularly offered the cargo vans - I think people in the area would be more willing to rent them due to price, size, and an easier driving experience compared to the trucks.
Britney BiddingThe truck I was assigned was parked in on all sides and there was no one available to move any equipment. The trucks in front of the one I was assigned were the same size and everything so this misstep was the result of someone being grossly negligent and without the decency to make sure the vehicle was accesible. We had to pull equipment out of the way and it took 15 minutes to navigate out of the spot. The wait for U-Haul support was egregiously long and all together no help whatsoever.

Daniel BlaserPlace was cluttered as most older mechanics keep the shops... Was no customer entrance as it was blocked by a stack of tire on the inside. Very Nice guy tho, will go back anytime I need to haul again.
Leon PielachaThe Uhaul Mobile App completely sucked! I tried numerous times to log into my account when dropping off the vehicle a day early and was unable to access any information. Thus got charged an additional $20 fee because I was unable to utilize the mobile app and complete the drop off transaction myself.

ROBIN PFAFFNot the location I had indicated when I reserved the U-Haul. Went all the way to Milton only to be told they didn't have the U-Haul. Had to drive all the way to mt Carmel 40 minutes away. This made us extremely late to meet the movers who were charging by the hour.
