Only one person at the site knew how to operate the software and both computers they had access to wouldn’t work.

phillip sAddress takes you to a different location 10 mins away. Location is called "Express Lube" online, not Clayton Express. When you put in Clayton Express nothing shows up, and when you put in the address it takes you to the wrong place entirely. Due to this issue pickup took over an hour. It really threw off our moving day.
Elena GWe received a text earlier in teh day asking us t vrify that we would be returning the truck as scheduled 5th July by 4pm. We confirmed for 3 but showed up at the location about 12:30. The person at the desk was having lunch and suggested we "just leave the truck with the keys in it and I'll check it in in a little bit". He did not get up from the desk or his french fries to have a walk around the truck or inspect at all. We did leave the 5 dz furniture pads folded and the truck outside at side of business building. we did receive an online verification of the turn in later in the day.

Thomas FTire/Tires were out of balance on the trailer. I had to drive 40 miles out of the way because the guaranteed reservation site did NOT have the trailer I reserved 5 days earlier. I cost me money to pick up at another location. The tires need to be balance on the trailer. Bumped and shook like crazy.

Joel DThey treated me like I was a major annoyance. Lot was very muddy. They would not provide me with a printed return receipt. Uhaul called a few days after the trailer was due to see if I had returned the trailer. Apparently they didn't enter a return notice to uhaul. Suggest you stay away from place. Equipment was awesome!

sherry sThese guys are the best we have rented from. We have rented Trucks from many locations and this was the friendliest and most professional. But Your prices stink and way too expensive for the amount of time with low miles.
dion sThe reservation process on line is difficult to navigate and I expressed this to the gentleman at Express Lube. He stated that they have had many complaints about it from customers. The service from Express Lube and the truck itself were exceptional!
Shaum CThe location lacked equipment or had limited supplies such as blankets, dollies and hand trucks. The website allowed them to be added to the order, but they weren't available. The staff was friendly.

COREY SThe representative would not check me in because he was having lunch. He did not mention that I could check myself in online. He did not give me a receipt or help me park the trailer or get the trailer off the hitch. Then he never checked the unit in once he came off lunch, and I got accused of turning it in late (which it was actually 2 days early). I'm still waiting to hear if I am going to be charged late fees, after 4 lengthy phone calls with various uhaul reps, both local and national. Very poor customer service, and the system told me to return it one place but told everyone else to expect it at another place. Multiple layers of confusion. Jeesh!

IAN RThe RIGHT TURN SIGNAL signal on the trailer did not work, hazards worked, brake lights worked. One of the chains was too long. There was a piece of trim with nails sticking out of it stuck in the interior rubrail. It was from a previous user of the trailer. The wheel hubs were really rusty.

JAMES EI was charged $30 for safe tow, which was clearly priced at $12 on the online rental agreement. Contacted customer service. No help. Turned dispute over to my credit card company.

ANDRES GI only used 1 of 2 days, they did not mark it returned and then when I called about it they charged me 2 extra days. I asked them to fix it, said they couldnt, I told them again they needed to fix it, Bartley hung up on me. Manager Alex was not very friendly and did not take responsibility for their error either. Also had awful customer service with 1800uhaul when called to get error fixed. Was on phone 1 hour 49 minutes, still not resolved, had to be sent to an area manager. He has refunded the 2 extra days charge but still waiting on compensation for nearly 2 and a half hours I spent with calls due to their mistake.

JEFFREY WExtremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not go back to this location. I will not refer this location. Very unprofessional and unorganized and reserved the vehicle 2 days before pick up went in on Friday on my lunch break to go ahead and process paperwork so pick up would be ready. No employee would verify just said to come in before 5 pm. I got there and there was no reservation and the manager would only make excuses instead of trying to listen to me and correct the issue. I had to finally say do you or don't you have a truck. 45 minutes of frustration. I was not explained the return process at all. My husband called customer service held 19 minutes and then transferred after the person wouldn't listen or help with our concerns. Shame on Uhaul for allowing this.
REBECCA TY'all scheduled me a time where the shop wasn't even open. Had to wait an hour then because of delay was being charged for extending my time. It's BS!!!
DALE Wvery slow to process tow dolly pick up. Was suppose to pick up truck here but pickup got moved to a dealer on the other side of town. This change caused logistical problems with the MOVINGHELP crew I hired.

Robert BNever saw as I returned remote. Not sure I agree with the gas tank accuracy. My fault for being liberal with the reading on the front end, because uhaul was not so on the back end in the review of the gauge. I put in over 17 gallons of gas before I returned and the gauge looked pretty much the same but somehow the reading stated I needed 3 extra gallons. It's a not a digital gauge. My line looked like it did when I got it

ROBERT GWaited on phone over 45 mins on hold to speak with a customer service representative. UNACCEPTABLE!! Was having problems with self drop off of trailer. When a representative did finally answer the phone he was very helpful. Gotta do something about the telephone wait time.
George SI was charged 4 times my quoted rate in error and the manager is not responding to my effort to have the Bill adjusted.
DAVID PSmooth, easy transaction. Trailer was just right for the job and was easy to tow. Personel were very knowledgeable and helpful. Large selection of trailers for most any towing requirement.
