The owner was not at the shop when I arrived to pick up the trailer even though the sign on the door said open. We had to do everything over the phone. There was also a dog at this location that scared me because of all the barking and growling she was doing. Thankfully someone saw me struggling and stopped to help me with hooking up the trailer to my truck. I would not visit this location again.

curtis sThey refused to help me make sure my car was safely on the trailer. I had been on the phone with U-HAUL customer service and they told me they would and never mentioned a fee. They left the pin off the trailer to make sure it was secured, so i had to get wire to make it stay. I do have a picture of the wire i used. Without that pin the trailer wasn't as stable as i would've like it. Because the location didn't want to put my car on the trailer without the fee like customer service never mentioned, i had to call road side assistance which caused a 3 hour delay on a 9 hour drive. I paid almost 800 for all the items and my service was not up to par.
