The door of the location stated they open at 8,3a, but no one was there until 10a. The 20' truck we reserved was not there, and we weren't told it was at another location until 10,3a. I talked to a U-Haul rep trying to get a 26' truck for the price of the 20' and they were extremely rude telling me I needed to pay for the 26' if I took it, and then they hung up on me. I was contacted by a district manager, who only credited me $50, which will barely cover gas one way to get the remaining items to their destination since the truck we could get was only 15'. Truck was also only half full of gas.

They over charge me they took $55 for fuel which I returned it over of what they had it

This location was scheduled to be open at 9:30 on Saturday. I arrived close to 10 and no one was there. Luckily someone showed up a few minutes after 10 otherwise I would have had to call another location or competitor to see if I could find a truck or van to move my son's belongings. The person that did show up was excellent.

When dropping the uhaul off I was instructed to park it in the gated area and given the gate code, however the gate was left open and it was after hours. I was a little uncomfortable loving the key in the lock box due to that gate being open cause if somebody really wanted they could cut the lock off and get a hold of the key and could of stolen the van. Also anybody that uses the self storage had their stuff vulnerable with the gate being left open at night.

No instructions how to get into the gate. Truck was showing to be outside the gate on the app, but was actually inside.

Nice facility. It could use some more instruction on drop-off process (I.e. where the keypad can be found to enter the facility. It is on S 53rd St about mid-block) The storage unit manager was super helpful with information about process for returning when I had questions.

The woman who works at this location was rude, impatient and not very helpful ! She kept saying she was just working for the storage unit that's at this location and that she doesn't the know why or who kept sending her Uhaul customers (even though that location is a third party location for the Uhaul company). I'm very disappointed with my experience.
