Alan MThey were very helpful resolving mobile app issues when trying to return specific equipment with multiple open contracts. Entering the return info on the 20-foot truck reverted to the mileage for the 26-foot truck and tried to charge us $47,000. Also, if the app knows the original mileage, adding a feature of the original fuel level would be very helpful. Was very easy parking the trucks at Nutter's Corner. It may be difficult to locate at night if there are no other U-Haul vehicles parked in the field and/or if you are new to Cleveland.

Gregg JI'm sure I signed something instead of reading it first, but my plans changed due to something out of my control, so I returned the truck within an hour, and zero miles driven on it, and I still had to pay full price. It is what it is, but it kinda felt like a punch in the face on top of everything else that happened.
David KCleveland location where I dropped off was not easy to find. I wanted to get the truck back before the high wind storms arrived. And then I got charged for 2 gallons less gas after dropping off truck when it was due to trying to find this location. I thought that was not fare and it was disappointing to see I a charged $8,08 for this

Robert AWe received the unit with leaves and dirt and were told we would need to clean it upon return or we would be charged a $15 cleaning fee. The unit should be clean upon pickup and the person using the uncleaned unit should not have to pay the cleaning fee for an already dirty unit.

Jan SLeft brake light out on rented car dolly. Needed car dolly 1st thing Sat morning so reserved it in advance. Car dolly was rented out to another customer on Friday night. Instead of being at U-haul ehen it opened at 8:30am to get it, I had to wait until 8:30am and call to see if it was available which shouldn't have happened. It was reserved under my name for Sat so it shouldn't have been rented out on Friday!

The first moving co. did not show -up and the the second did not properly secure items, most anything of value ended - up damaged broke front glass of both washer and dryer rub marls on couches, i provided ratchet straps and drop clothes and asked if they knew what they were doing.did not realize till unloaded. Gary CYou could let the local place (ie Cleveland OK) Know IMMEDIATELY when a reservation comes in!..... THEN......you could make sure the equipment scheduled is available at location needed...... THEN......you could bring the equipment to the location reserved......reserved 2 plus weeks prior BTW...... THEN.....you could make sure your One Way Customer KNOWS which location to return equipment.......vs us arriving exhausted to a location who makes us wait 20 minutes while counter guy gets his snacks.....only to be told "we don't usually accept drop offs
