Robert A.We received the unit with leaves and dirt and were told we would need to clean it upon return or we would be charged a $15 cleaning fee. The unit should be clean upon pickup and the person using the uncleaned unit should not have to pay the cleaning fee for an already dirty unit.

Jan S.Left brake light out on rented car dolly. Needed car dolly 1st thing Sat morning so reserved it in advance. Car dolly was rented out to another customer on Friday night. Instead of being at U-haul ehen it opened at 8:30am to get it, I had to wait until 8:30am and call to see if it was available which shouldn't have happened. It was reserved under my name for Sat so it shouldn't have been rented out on Friday!

The first moving co. did not show -up and the the second did not properly secure items, most anything of value ended - up damaged broke front glass of both washer and dryer rub marls on couches, i provided ratchet straps and drop clothes and asked if they knew what they were doing.did not realize till unloaded. Gary C.You could let the local place (ie Cleveland OK) Know IMMEDIATELY when a reservation comes in!..... THEN......you could make sure the equipment scheduled is available at location needed...... THEN......you could bring the equipment to the location reserved......reserved 2 plus weeks prior BTW...... THEN.....you could make sure your One Way Customer KNOWS which location to return equipment.......vs us arriving exhausted to a location who makes us wait 20 minutes while counter guy gets his snacks.....only to be told "we don't usually accept drop offs

Cherie S.Late in opening by 30 minutes. Did not know how to operate computer , did not know product . Called us uppity because we asked questions that she did't know, such as , what size of the ball for the hitch, and where is the man who could show us the trailer and how it operates .( He was still at breakfast ) They had to call him to hook us up. The lady became so upset at us she called the Manager ( witch was still at home ) and told her we were awful and she couldn't work with us , and she came in from home and glared at us for having to come in , and scaring her help . I've had my own company for over 30 years , before selling it and retiring ,so I know how to handle customers . I never seen such incompetence in a place of service .

ROBERT H.Tow dolly was in VERY POOR condition. Tires, deck, fenders and wiring. And both tires only had 30psi when stated 65psi and tread was at least 2/3 worn and I was going to be pulling it 1200+ miles. Deck beat and banged like it was falling apart. Wires had cuts in many places to the copper. Fenders busted and flopping in the wind. Then when I returned it the untrained dealer unhooked the ball hitch while I was backing the car off the dolly causing damage to my Winnebago and my car at their dealer lot. No sir, I would not recommend UHAUL.
