VIVIAN E.The front end on this vehicle is horrible. I don't know if it is the alignment or a wheel, but it is barely driveable at highway speeds. The cab was clean, We had to sweep out the cargo area but not bad.

I had to contact uhaul customer service who then got in touch with the regional manager. The regional manager did get me the refund I was owed for the safe tow. When asking anyone at cliffs Automotive about what happened I just got a bunch of "I don't know" answers.

Daniel W.Tow dolly's lights were inoperable (verified vehicle wiring was not source of problem with a different trailer). Right hand rim was bent. I left a message with the rental place so the issues on this tow dolly could get repaired

jason M.I was given a truck with license plates that had evidently been reported as stolen in Fresno and UHAUL powers that be forgot to report that it was returned. I spent about a half an hour along side the road while the police checked it out.

Kristof C.I would recommend this location but not if it has been raining had to use 4 wheel drive to get to the trailer. The owner was upset and shaking his head at us as we were pulling the trailer out, as I was also shaking my head that I had to drive in clay dirt or whatever it was and also had to walk through it to hook up the trailer. Got it all over my vehicle inside and out. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice he mentioned the owner was upset but nothing we could of done about it. Not trying to give a bad review they just need to park the equipment in a better location for easy and clean pick up or drop off.
David T.The cup holder was broke , so when i put my coffee in it and took off. Down to the floor my coffee went. Then before i dropped it off i had to clean the floor of the truck. That was a bummer.

ESMER R.The man who rented the U-Haul to me didn't have a very good attitude; the U-Haul was extremely dirty in the front area and just overall not a good experience. They didn't listen to me and add my destination location but the nearest U-Haul return so I got charged more mileage.

christopher S.The truck we ordered in advance was not available for our long distance move, so we had to get the smaller truck and make multiple trips. The truck had a huge piece of damage which was never marked with a red X and did not show up in the security pictures. We ended up paying $200+ for a 20ft truck because of this location when it shouldn't have been anywhere near that amount.

Robert S.The signal is poor there and it was almost impossible to use the website to return the truck. I'm this is no fault of the location. Uhaul Inc. should have an alternate way to return the vehicle when the signal is poor and the locations are closed aside from the recording telling me to return it in person on the next business day. That's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Neal H.So this is towards uhaul and not Cliffs auto ( Cliffs was great). For some reason, uhaul tried to get me to move to a different location, they said 24 hr was not set up( cliffs informed me it was and they spoke w / uhaul the day before). Also, uhaul did not send the utility dolly out ( placed the reservation on 6/16 pick up 6/24)
