You guys are trying to charge me $3500 for some crooked things that I have no control over! I rented the truck for ONE night. The truck was safely returned. One of YOUR employees is up to no good behind this! I need answers! Or I will decide to sue! Check the so called video footage! The cameras don't lie! 737-340-8725 call me!

The rental truck was clean and had a full tank of gas, however the wipers came off in the middle of a rainstorm. Other than that, the service was awesome.

Did not have the dolly I had ordered ( and was said to be available) so we had to go to another location and they double charged us for us. ( and we spent extra money on gas and truck mileage to do so ( also not reimbursed)

We paid for 12 pads and a dolly and didn't get them. The Georgetown location rep was clueless and told us his place didn't have pads or dollies.

The dolly was not in working condition. It made my move horrible… I mentioned a tire that was cut, which seemed unsafe, the managers helped told me to call the number if anything happened. The manager agreed..

It was a bit hidden from the principle street not enough lighting. We dropped at night it should be better in the durning daylight.Gas stations are near to pump to fuel the truck that is a plus we saw two gas stations nearby.

Check trucks before giving keys out . Check inventory- Dollie's and blankets Have van clean inside with wipes to ensure less health issues

Love this location and the people there. However, the ramp to our UHaul was broken. We were hauling heavy equipment and this made it extremely difficult without the ramp. Perhaps the equipment should be checked after use and prior to renting it out to the next customer. I will be following up with the location today.

Was very careful to replace all gas and was still charged for 4 gallons. This has never happened to me with Uhaul. Very disappointing.

Uhaul app experience not the best. After installing the app I would recommend rebooting the phone make sure VPN is turned off. It could not verify my location after allowing the app permission to my location. Google found my location. Uhaul app could see the closest store was the one I was at but it couldn't verify my location to check out. Frustrating! Rebooting my phone and it worked.

The on-line check-in process was not easy. Baking in the sun and trying to read the information on the phone and taking the needed photos did not make an easy check-in process. Supposedly the location was open till 3:00 pm. We arrived at 1:00 pm on August 6 but the person inside the office said (through the door) that they were closed. Overall, the rental process for check-in was easy and the truck performed well.

One way to improve is to have the equipment that was booked available or at least warn the renter who is depending on a reservation being honored. In our case, I showed up to pick up the truck, three dollies, and furniture pads, and the dollies and pads were not available with no explanation or apology given. This set off a mad hunt for rentals at other sites, which cost me mileage, gas, and time. Very underwhelmed by the experience;

The truck needs maintenance, very uncomfortable to drive, the motor didn't sound good, the air wasn't working correctly, it kept cutting off and on. The worker was pleasant and professional, however the truck needs repair.

Make sure the lights and AC work in the trucks! Heatwave in Central Texas is not the time to find out the AC is on the fritz in ur moving truck! Being able to see in the back of the truck in the dark is nice too!

Very poor customer service. Front desk person very rude and disrespectful. I will never go there and will never recommend to anyone rent anything at this location. I never had such bad experience in my life.

Customer service was great and the two guys working were very pleasant and friendly. The van itself was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. There was an empty milk carton in the back and what appeared to be dried soda over the dashboard. I was expecting a cleaner van upon entering

Business did not open til around 9:40 am. About 10 customers were having to wait outside because no one showed up for work. Finally someone came in that stated they had quit over two weeks ago and also had an obvious injury. He seen the crowd through cameras and came out to help us all the best he could. First customer helped uhaul cancelled her order last minute and she was told she had to find her own truck at that point. I was next. Truck was dirty and they were in search of an appliance dolly after it had been included in my reservation weeks before. After i came bk to check in the other guy that came in after the other guy just checked me in and didnt even look at the truck or see if there was gas. Just took the keys and said thank you. There were not a lot of happy customers
